The Factory Diner

Very good food! I live that there are plenty of unique different choices thst ya don't always see, however the same go tos for people who don't care to try new things. The staff was wonderful! We'll definitely be back 😊

I had the Farmington omelet with hash browns. You couldn't visually see any of the plate so they are very generous with their proportions.

I dislike fast food so we always look for a café or diner when traveling. The food was excellent the service was perfect. My husband took 1/2 of his patty melt on rye back home and gave it to our son at work. His comment was, Why can't someone around here serve a hamburger this good?
We will stop there again. The breakfast menu looked delicious.

I am really picky about breakfast, and have high standards for the food. I am so pleased I am actually going back down there to tip properly after finishing my take out order. The prices are fair, and the food is delicious. Definitely going back for food again. Good job.

This was my first time eating at this diner and I did hear a lot of good things about it so I went there for breakfast with some coworkers.I looked at the menu and picked out what I wanted. The meal I picked out said ( no toast) this to me meant that this meal didn’t come with toast and that was fine. The problem I have is when I placed my order I asked for a side order of toast and was willing to pay for it but the waitress just said No. I said excuse me and again all she said was no. I asked why and she said because your meal doesn’t come with toast so you can’t have any and I said well I would like to order it as a side. After some argument she said whatever and I did get some toast after all but then she never came back to our table again to Ofer any refills on drinks. There was 6 people in my group and I’m sorry to say that none of the people in the group will dine there again.

The aesthetic here is pretty good. As far as location, it's unique. The factory setting, as someone who is technically a tourist, it was definitely a draw. It kept my attention. The inside of the restaurant was pretty standard. The food was decent. I wasn't floored by it. The pancake I ordered was a little tough upon first cut and the bacon was a little off. The biscuits and gravy, which I use as my touch stone for the quality of any breakfast dinner, were run of the mill. Not enough sausage, and the biscuits were real floury, like they were out of a bag. Overall, the service was good, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was nice, but the food was only okay.

We had the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. My daughter started cleaning a table off so we could sit then a child helped her finish. We arrived at 9am and our waitress did not come to us until 10 am we order our food and it came quickly it was good them we procedded to wit for at least 20 minutes for our check asking for it several times the.

The food is always excellent & the waitress was nice.

The food was tasty. I wish they had home potatoes instead of hash browns.
