I always love getting breakfast here. I will say the perforations have become smaller though.

Staying in Farmington for a girls trip and wanted a good brunch place to eat. The factory diner was great. Friendly waitress, good food. The building was so cool, and loved the little shops and displays.

Great experience overall. We brought the family in, and the waitress was very friendly with my five year old son. The food was excellent, and the price was affordable

Over 6 years of living next to The downtown factory, only had one bad meal. That pretty dang good record. Staff are always nice and place is clean.

Good, but sides had been sitting for awhile not fresh or all that hot. Don’t refill your coffee either. Saw the pot, almost refilled myself.

The food is always good, but the service can be very meh, I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to employees. That being said it's a really good place for breakfast/lunch in a town that doesn't have much in the way of good food.

Awful, terrible, I won’t go back.

Seven waitresses milling around. 12 customers, less than half full. Almost an hour to get breakfast, then 5 more minutes for my toast and another ten minutes for my son’s pancakes. And it was tasteless other than being salty.

Seriously bad, very disappointing. Not eating would have been more satisfying. Ick. Gross.

Poor management. Do not have a sign that says "seat yourself," if you know your kitchen cannot keep up. We still have not received our food after sitting one hour. We ordered pancakes, turkey club, and Philly gyro. NOT COMPLICATED. If the kitchen can't keep up. Don't keep tables open and allow folks to seat themselves.

My "Farmington Omelet" was good, my hashbrowns were crispy, and my French toast has a nice bit of cinnamon, so this was a good breakfast. Service was kinda slow, and my coffee wasn't refilled till I was almost done eating. Overall, still one of the two best places in town for breakfast!
