Food was a lacking in flavor. My hashbrowns tasted stale. The food took 30+ min. The place was not as crowded as I've seen it in the past for the food to take so long to get to us. Overrated IMO.

We are weekly customers for breakfast,
And this week I tried their new oatmeal with fruit. This was wonderful. I strongly suggest trying. And as ALWAYS, Kristan was the most fabulous server in the world.

My son and I were in the bookstore directly across from The Factory Diner in The Factory. A younger male and female employee proceeded to get into an argument over the male leaving work. They were screaming at one another, using profanity, and hand gestures. This went on for over 10 minutes. It was so loud you could hear them all over downstairs. There were patrons in the restaurant. They didn't care that people were staring at them. If this is they type of people this place hires, those are the same type of people that would sabotage your food if you complained about it. I will never go there.

Great place. Clean, friendly professional service. Even when they are really busy, you get fast friendly service and you can't beat the food. It is great and the prices are very reasonable.

Sat for half hour before we were waited on. Omelet and skillet meal was good but returned the sausage links because they cold and tasted like microwave sausage links.

I've only had the breakfast but it is excellent. Hefty portions and fast but great service make it a good experience but the price is what keeps me going back. Get the Farmington skillet. You won't leave hungry.

Was busy and seemed like there was no organization for waitresses. Food was alright but not worth the price. You did get a lot of food though.

Our waitress wasn't that great but I think she was new. Usually their service is really good. The food is good at a reasonable price. They are only open for breakfast and lunch though.
