Upshot Coffee

Parking cost $5. Employees did not inform customer how to get out of the parking lot with no fees. $5 coffee then costs $10..not a good customer experience.

It was okay, the coffee was nothing too special. The atmosphere was nice, but the music kept shifting and there was no clear manager and or shift lead there to control how often they skipped and changed style. All in all it was meh, expensive (for just a coffee), and baristas who did not recommend anything.

Went there Saturday for a birthday lunch with a friend so we were mostly about the food and chocolate. The ginger beer (nonalcoholic) was tasty and refreshing and the truffles were unique and outstanding, I particularly liked the Ghost Pepper Strawberry Caramel. I will definitely be going back and bringing whoever is with me to sample their spirits!

I experienced extremely slow service with a distinct lack of care and attention. Everything is very overpriced. This is St Charles not Los Angeles. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk $5.50!! and it came in a small cup half filled. I could tell by the weight it was half empty. After waiting 15mins I wasn't going to accept this. I took it right back to the desk and told them I didnt expect this after waiting so long. I heard one team member ask another and he replied "we poured it in a for here cup"
Still my question remains why the girl thought that was okay to close the lid on and give to me?
The oat milk was slightly burnt so I didn't even really enjoy it.
I also bought a chocolate chip cookie, I thought she told me it was $1.30 but it was $3.30~.
She also put it in the oven but I wasn't going to be eating it then, it was crisp and not that enjoyable that evening, I would've not had it baked if I was given the option.
Won't be coming back and if I had been given a receipt I actually would come back and ask for a replacement coffee.

Cozy and comfortable. We went there after dinner for a chocolate martini. If you've never tried them you must. So much better than any chocolate drinks you've ever had. They make their own chocolate! We had the candy sampler. Delicious. Sometimes it gets crowded. But worth the wait!

Amazing coffee shop! Lattes on point and Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was dynamite! Keep up the good work Upshot!!

Great place for coffee! VB provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere during the day for coffee and a snack. A perfect location to catch up on some business, homework, or just to connect with someone. Their coffee is phenomenal, and their truffles are to die for!
Note: it is FREE to park in the lot. Make sure to ask for a parking token at the counter

Still one of my favorites! I love the honey lavender latte and the chai latte with almond milk. The texicano bowl with vegan ranch is fire, as is their GF DF banana bread!!

I think I just found my replacement for Starbucks. Delicious coffee and great atmosphere! They even had a gluten free vegan cookie. 😍

Place had just opened when I got here so parking was fine for me but I can see how it could be a problem.

Ordered a drink and ice cream. Ice cream flavor was wrong, but it was good so I ate it anyway so as to not be wasteful. Drink (chai latte) was way too strong even iced, watered down and sweetened. Seriously, fireball burned less.

Definitely not a place I'd bring kids due to space constraints and music selection that included uncensored choices that were ignored by staff.

And lastly, at noon on a Sunday why can I not order lunch?? Desserts are good but one needs actual food so that money you just lost. Definitely don't see the hype this place gets.

The coffee was great! I got an iced chai tea latte and it was perfect, the coffee was smooth and the spice wasn't over bearing. Also got a poptart. Oh boy that is worth the visit alone. Warm and delicious. Previous I've come here to get the cold pressed juice, which is also very good. I got the green one(can't remember the name) and it was pretty savory. I look forward to trying the activated charcoal one. They carry CBD drinks as well, I have not tried them though. I think I'll be coming back here to work from my computer. Great atmosphere.
Edit: I've come back to work a few times now and their lattes are amazing! I'm glad they have a point system, I think that will be nice once I've hit the point of getting a discount. I also tried the half-baked cookie. Ridiculously good.
Edit #2: Still stand behind this place. I got something I didn't particularly like, and they replaced it kindly. It is always akward to not like something you order, I was very relieved they made it easy.
