Pulled up because who doesn’t want a free HOT Krispy Kreme doughnut? Immediately noticed lobby closed sign on door due to staffing issues. Understandable. However, when I went to drive through I was not able to get free doughnut. This was upsetting and not my choice. I did order doughnuts for everyone in vehicle but would have purchased more had I been offered the free one that is usually given for walking in the store. Punished by the business itself.

Terry and Matt were very friendly as they are when we come in every other time. We stopped for the red light of course. And when you get one fresh hot glazed donut you have to get more. The lobby was clean as well as the parking lot

Doughnuts were great but service was extremely slow and selection is not good. They have two drive thru windows but only one open and you have to wait until you get there to place your order. 8 cars per hour in the drive thru. I was stuck in line an hour behind 8 vehicles. Half the items on the online menu are not available at the Tulsa location. Horrible experience and I will not return.

Not as good as Spudnut but the donuts we had was good but not great. Also got two coffees and they were very bold (strong). We will be back to try something different.

It was nice to see employees sanitizing everything even when business was steady. Had the inside set up to keep social distancing. Donuts were hot and fresh. Very satisfied good experience.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. We got there when THE HOT DONUT sign was on. Not having a store nearby anymore I was in heaven. The chocolate milk was COLD too. Cheers to KK
