Healthy? Sure. Delicious? YESSSS!

Don’t be intimidated by the name or the idea, Carly’s has easy- flavorful food, epic stir fry and big fatty sandwiches and there are no wrong answers.

I highly recommend their tempura, potstickers or sandwiches for an easy and unforgettable lunch. The cheesesteak sandwich was beautiful. The sides were little salads and homemade potato chips.

(And they have excellent Boba Tea! Added incentive for my squishy Gen-Z brain. )

Everything we had was delicious. Support family business and go visit this nifty little restaurant.

Finally a great place to eat in Branson that isn't a BBQ joint. Exceptional food and service! The Gyro made my eyes roll in the back of my head and the I tried a bite of my sons Ham and jam and it was even better. Do yourself a favor and try this place! The owners were spectacular you won't meet nicer people. Can't emphasize enough how impressed I am with this place!!!!

We tried both their stir fry noodle and noodle soup dishes, plus their dessert packages. We liked all that we ate and were quite left wondering what kind of cuisine they really had. It seemed like fusion. Their noodle soup wasn't really like ramen or pho or even Chinese/Taiwanese style noodle. It tasted unique! You can tell that the food is healthy because it didn't taste oily nor was it salty. I wish they'd have more menu items. The milk tea can be more flavorful. But overall, a restaurant I will recommend in the Branson area.

Great food! Homemade noodles are amazing! The kids love the boba tea with the popping beads. The tea variety is very good. Service is great. Very chill atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

Our favorite restaurant in Branson so far! The staff was very friendly, we felt welcome and comfortable.

The menu has many healthful and delicious options.

We have eaten the mochi, cream puffs, several different flavors of boba, ramen bowl, wok vegetable stir fry, ruben sandwich, and the deluxe tempura. They were all so delicious! This is certainly a good choice if you love asian-style food or are opting to go for a healthier treat. Plus you'll feel good about supporting a small business too!

Thank you Carly's Cuisine for the wonderful experience!

Little hidden gem of Branson, MO. Just off Veteran’s blvd on Atlantic street. Everything is made fresh on site. The noodles are hand made and are SO very yummy. They even make their own chips (crisps in England) on site for their sandwich sides they are the BEST chips you will ever taste. Everything is so palatable and has such a pure and clean flavor. I would give this place ten stars if that were an option. Definitely our most favorite go-to for healthy and fresh cuisine.

Me and my wife stopped in on our way back to Kansas City for some lunch. We had two teas and two baun mei sandwiches. Clean and friendly, but the food was impressive! Spot on, my sandwich had layers of flavor and pork that was tender and melted all together. I appreciate the presentation and the attention to detail. My wife loved her sandwich as well.

Wish I would have taken a pic of the large bowl of soup presentation. Beautiful. You choose your own soup base, noodles, & main chicken, tofu or whatever & how spicy starting at 1-5. I loved but had to eat the 4 slowly. Might choose spicy at 3 next time, lol. The atmosphere is simple furnishings of approximately 4 booths & 8(?) tables. The Asian waitress/owner is so nice & gave good service. I think it was her husband as the chef who brought out his presentation. He was also very nice, carrying on a good conversation. As is often the Branson norm, I really enjoyed eating with Christian music playing in the background. I read on the internet that they won the best new restaurant in 2020. One street from Main St (near/sort of behind Best Western(?). Will go back.
