Excellent, clean tasting, and freshly made food with Asian and Mediterranean styles. The homemade noodles are to die for! The owner was very personable and came out to talk to us and thanked us for coming. Tasted delicious, wasn't pricey, and felt like the owners were good and genuine people. 5 stars!

As a Branson resident of 13 years who regularly eats out, I am aware of, and have eaten at, most of the area restaurants. This past week my wife and I decided to try a local restaurant, Carly's Healthy Cuisine. We have never frequented this restaurant where they advertise that everything is made from scratch. I'm not one to order something that I do not already have a taste expectation, (meat bread and potatoes kind of guy). But I decided to go outside of my comfort zone and order the BANH MI Sandwich. The ingredients of this sandwich included pork tenderloin, pickled daikon, carrot, jalapeno and cucumber, with spicy house sauce on a brat roll. Wow! My first bite was an explosion of flavor (and I have never used that terminology to describe any food I have ever eaten). My wife also really enjoyed her gyro. We will be back. Well done, Carly's Healthy Cuisine! Well done!

My family ended up staying in Branson, Missouri for 4 nights and our plan was to check this restaurant out once. The first time we were there, the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. The food was homemade, fresh and wonderful. Service was excellent. My family loved it so much that we decided to go again the very next day and the service was just the same. I highly recommend anyone to check out Carly's Healthy Cuisine!

Loved it! Hard to find 'lighter' food in Branson- especially for vegetarians. Carly's hit the mark perfectly. The stir fry has options for several different meats, but try the shiitake mushroom, it's delicious! My wife enjoyed the soup, which also had great options, including shitake or tofu. The sesame oil and garlic were so flavorful, and the spiciness options 1-5 are for real (we're always wary of 'midwest spicy' versus actual spiciness- and this brought the heat if wanted it!). We definitely recommend, not to mention you're supporting a local business and the family that runs it. Check it out for dine in, they're extremely friendly, excellent service. Excellent experience, will be back.

The owners are so lovely and friendly. My waiter this time was Thomas and he was so kind and excited to serve despite me only doing a takeout order. I'm so glad that Carly's is still here and staying busy based on my visit this time <3

Highly recommend here, the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly, I like this place very much, I have been here twice, and I will come again next time.

I got the garlicky broccoli and would recommend this generous and healthy (cooked in olive oil) side dish! The jasmine hot tea is fragrant and hits the spot! 👌🫖🍵🫖👌

The boba was pretty good but I wish their ordering system was more organized rather than a thank you and handing you the receipt booklet to put your card in then hand it back and then handing it back to you to sign. It was just tedious and I just thought, this could be way quicker and more efficient for the customer and employee.

Carly’s was an absolute gem of a find . Check this local flavor out , it will not disappoint .

Our experience here was amazing from start to finish! Everyone was incredibly kind, the food is some of the best we’ve ever had, and the Boba tea is SO GOOD! The establishment is extremely clean and a welcome reprieve from the touristy restaurants. By far the best meal we have had since we’ve been in Branson!
