Carly’s Healthy Cuisine

This is a gem in a sea of meat and fried foods! It’s hard to be vegan in Branson, so we really appreciate the fact that this place actually has veggies and tofu! And even boba with almond milk. Not completely vegan (honey) but my dairy-sensitive kids appreciated the treat. Still oily, and the tofu is still fried, but man, such a needed break from cooking at the house we’re staying in. Staff is super friendly too!

The food and service were amazing! There are many noodle bowl options, but our server suggested the fish noodles in shitake broth. I'm not that big on fish, but the noodles were mild and a great high protein option before our day of hiking. Really worth a visit. And another, and another, and another.

This was my first time visiting Carly’s Healthy Cuisine. It was nothing short of an excellent experience, and I will definitely be coming back to visit! Not only was the service exceptional, but the food was out of this world! Pictured here, are the Gyros we ordered and an iced matcha green tea.

We went to Carly’s Healthy Cuisine after trying her bubble tea down at Branson Autumn days. The stir fry noodles and Baun mei were fantastic! Owners and other employees were super nice and wanted to make sure we had the best experience.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Branson! The food is amazing and the staff is so kind! I love to get the rice noodles in a mushroom base with the shiitake mushrooms and an extra tea egg! The flavor is always amazing! I did try the fish noodles recently and those I will probably binge on for awhile. This is a hidden gem and a one of a kind! I love Carly's Healthy Cuisine!

I had the purple Taro tea with black boba pearls added ...so good! Slightly sweet.

Ordered pot stickers for the appetizer and the Stir Fry Noodles with beef for the entre ...very good! Excellent flavor. Portions were just slightly smaller than typical american portions ...but was pleasantly filling.

Service was outstanding and friendly. I definitely recommend!

Had the potstickers, Baun Mei sandwich, and the little puff pastry with ice cream. The potstickers were perfect. The sandwich was a little outside my comfort zone but was excellent - just the right amount of heat. The desert comes with three and I was wishing for 20! Carly was our hostess and her husband was the chef. He came out and talked with us and seemed like a genuinely nice person that cares about doing a good job.

Very good food. Homemade potato chips were fantastic. Really enjoyed the honey tea too. Kind and attentive staff. And they had good christian music playing (not the bland k-love style)

Great little place, everything we tried was fresh and well seasoned. Easily some of the best food we've had in Branson. We tried the the gyro and stir fry as well as bubble tea.

Waited almost 2 hours for our food and boba, the boba was really hard taste like water because they put too much ice. They didn’t even give us water in the beginning. The services was really horrible, and also I found a fly in my soup. Really disappointing overall
