Dutch Bros Coffee

Thought I would give the new coffee place a try. Ask for a Latte and the girl said is that hot, cold or blended. Told her I had never had a blended before , she said it is really good but pretty sweet. I said I like sweet, so I will give it a try. OMG, thought I had died and gone to Heaven, the best coffee drink I have ever had in my life and I have had a long life. Highly recommend.

Only been in twice but they have been very personable and helpful when I didn’t know what to get. Definitely recommend

The last few times I was there it has taken a very very long time, most recently on 9/24

In the order line they have someone take your order going from car to car, it works except when the person taking orders talks to friends for 20+ minutes. See video footage from 5:20 to 5:40 pm on September 24.
Due to this, we lost 3 places in line and it took over 30 mins to get through the drive thru.

They have a good product, and the staff are friendly.
I would still recommend, I just hope they address these issues.

They have a 3$ per drink deal today for opening day. We got the caramelizer and golden eagle blended with oat milk. We thought the drinks were amazing. The customer service is astonishing they're working very fast to get everyone on their way despite the workload for opening day. We will be going back I definitely recommend this location!

Obsessed! Can’t wait for the Lees Summit location to open! This is the perfect place if your married to a non coffee drinker. They have something for everyone. Amazing customer service as well!

Moving from Seattle last year, Dutch Bros. is the thing our family missed the most. Everybody hop in the car, let's get a treat, then let's drive around aimlessly while we enjoy it. We were completely stoked when we heard they were coming to the KC area. . . albeit, a little scared too as it's also a little addictive. :-D

Very good coffee but no place to sit down everything is outside or drive thru.

The line system is a joke. The girl taking orders skipped me 3 times to help people who pulled in after I did. I love being half asleep needing a coffee watching every one who got there after me get there's while I still haven't got to order
