Heavenly Grounds

I was the only customer in the place. Drive thru had 1 car. The server was preoccupied. However it is possible that she was making orders that people had called in. Parts of the menu were not available and I was not given a explanation why. The turkey smashed poboy was lacking and not made correctly. I asked for pepper jack cheese and . The poboy has no cheese on it. My poboy has 1 slice of very thin turkey on it. The poboy tase meh at best. I will not be returning. I hope they make coffee better than food.

I was in the area today and wanted my morning coffee. I came here as it was convenient. The customer service was awful. Absolutely horrible service. It looked to be young children making the drinks. As I was waiting for my Frap others were ordered and made. It was the same that I ordered. Clearly it’s a who you know place.

My first time to this place today. Was not greeted when I came in only one other customer in store at that time. After I placed order another customer came in ordered same thing I did and they received what they ordered before me. Because I wasn’t known to the owner I’m assuming the red headed lady. When I received my drink, which was made by what looked like an 11 year old kid, it was only half filled and the other half was whipped cream. So I will not be going back to this place. If you’re having a bad day don’t let it show at your place of business.

Amazingly great personal created recipes, hand crafted lattes, iced coffees & fraps. Staff is awesome, super friendlly, kind & helpful. Plus you can order nummers to nosh on.
You should definitely go!

This is a place to watch! They have so much going on that's great. The place gives a very inviting and relaxing feel and you can tell the employees are into the product. If you are tired of Starbucks like I am, this is a fantastic local alternative that won't let you down.

Nice atmosphere if your super religious coffee is mediocre and over priced if you want expensive good coffee go to Starbucks instead.

Their frappes hit the spot when your on the way to work, school, etc. Friendly staff, nice sitting area, it's just super chill and comforting there, great for studying, they always have music playing, which I love ❤
