Everything I've ever eaten here is good! But the vegetable plate is awesome.

A quirky place with antiques & homemades for sale, the table next to us had a card game going ! The bowl of soup with a sandwich was absolutely delicious.

Delicious food and amazing attention/service! Super kind people!

I simply adore this place! Everything they make is wonderful comfort food. Every quiche I have had there was amazing! However, as stated in previous comments, if you are going there you should definitely get there at 11:00 AM when they open. Otherwise, you will likely not get a table not only because of limited space, but because they let card teams play during lunch and that takes up most of the dining area for hours (they are only open from 11-2).

The people are super nice and the food is very good. It is hard to see from the road. It's in the back of Joyful Creations Gift Shop.

Food was good. Service was slow and portion size was small for the price amount

When people describe a place as a 'best kept secret'---this is exactly the vibe they are referring to. You won't find this lovely dig in an obvious place as it is tucked into the back of a delightful consignment gift market. Before you mark this off your list, consider: instead of anxiously waiting for your food to come out, strolling posts on social media, you could be strolling charming booths with local crafts, art, handmade jewelry and pottery. I could spend hours in this place but lucky for my bank account, the food comes out too quickly for major damage to be done.
And although the ambiance is superior, as if you've been invited to a fabulous shower or luncheon, the food is the show stopper. Yes the gumbo is more perfect than the McCarty's bowl it is served in. You can't be disappointed with anything on the menu. Honestly. But if you're torn *always* choose the fried green tomato and pimento and cheese BLT. And never leave without ordering dessert. If you can't stand to take another bite, get it to go. (You're welcome.) You'll spend a little more than you may be used to on just a lunch but let me tell you, the food is worth it and you get to soak up that atmosphere for free!

Hands down the absolute best place to eat. If I could give them 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough.

We thought the vegetable quiche was possibly the best we've had. Could have been a little hotter when served. Excellent herbs and seasoning. Great crust and texture. Also tasty fried green tomato sandwich. pasta salad was more complex than most and very delicious . Very friendly and excellent service. Storage of eclectic seating which was interesting and pleasant . Connected to a fairly large market booth kind of thing with vintage , pottery , decor , decorative Arts , Etc booths which was interesting. Lots of stuff.
