PJ's Coffee

First time customer. I got a double Americano and a roast beef sandwich. I was VERY pleased with the service. They were moderately busy with about 6 cars in the drive through line, but my dine in experience was still delightful. My order was out in a flash.

The coffee was fantastic! Bold, strong, but not too acidic or overbearing.

The reason for 4 stars was the sandwich. It was still cold in the middle when I got it. And, even if it wasn't, I honestly still would have been disappointed. The description said horseradish, there was none. The roast beef was very thick sliced and the whole thing just seemed pre packaged...

Overall good experience, may give it another chance.

Here it is. Our co-workers are actually encouraging us to visit PJ's Coffee. Heyyyyy'all, this is a must visit place. You can sit all you want, relax while enjoying your coffee to one of the best coffee shop ever in Meridian. We did drive thru but the thing is, we are happy and glad to finally try to taste the sweetness of their own. As a coffee lover, this is one of the most favorite coffee I ever tasted! By the way, I ordered my all time favorite: White Chocolate Latte- Hot and for my wife: she tried Caramel Granita. Enjoy your visit at PJ's Coffee of Meridian!

The first couple times I went here I was obsessed but these last 2 visits have not been the best, especially the one today. I ordered a turkey sausage and egg white English muffin and took it back to work to eat. I opened it and there was no egg. I shrugged it off because I was STARVING and the muffin was so tough I could barely rip it with my teeth. I called the store and asked if I came back tomorrow (because I obviously cannot leave work again) if they would issue me a refund or knock a couple dollars off my next order and the manager told me if I wait until tomorrow there is nothing she can do. Which is just the stupidest thing I've ever heard because there absolutely IS something you can do. I drove all the way across town on my lunch break to give you my business, you forget the most expensive part of the meal, and there's nothing that can be done?? Oh ok 👍🏻

The coffee is pretty good, BUT the customer service is not so great. Waiting in the drive thru takes forever! I made a mobile order the other day, waited a good 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line, but because I had to be at work I ended up leaving. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with them. And many of my friends have experienced similar problems.

I used to work for Starbucks, I know how well a coffee shop chain can be run. I would highly suggest that they research Starbucks' operating systems and apply them to their own shop. Organization is key.

This place is awesome! Try the velvet ice!

Currently one of the only coffee shops in Meridian. Drive thru moved at a steady pace, workers were friendly and our beverages were great. Prices are on par with other coffee chains.

Love their coffee, the staff is always nice. The sandwiches are great, even on the go. If you're looking for a coffee shop, you have to try PJ's, I'm positive you'll have a new favorite.

A really pretty shop! Wonderfully decorated and quite a pleasant surprise for Meridian. Went twice during our stay. The employees are very nice and attentive.

First, I am NOT a Starbucks guy. So, I can't compare the two. I can't go to Starbucks for how they have treated first responders, moral issues. That said, the PJs in Meridian is some of the best coffee I've had. When I'm in town I go there daily. Lines can be a little slow, but its worth and the price is right. Solid place.
