PJ's Coffee

Such an adorable, clean PJ’s location! We stopped in this morning to grab a quick breakfast on the road.
The lady with braids was very sweet and accommodating, and was on top of everything! Would definitely visit here again.

They have great coffee, but some employees that need some lessons in professionalism. I once went inside with my daughters to do some work and have coffee, but had to leave because a group of employees were bashing another employee right after she walked out the door. They were using profanities and weren’t at the counter when we needed assistance. But hey, the coffee’s good 😌

Wonderful coffee! I will be stopping by every chance I get! BEST customer service in town. I’m not kidding. I moved from Indiana recently and this is the best service I’ve had since!

Good morning. I just wanted to leave a review for the your PJ’s location in Meridian Mississippi. This morning
Like almost every morning I ordered coffee from this location.
The only difference this morning is that I use your app to order for the first time before I went and picked up my coffee. Normally I have excellent customer service and I really do like the coffee at this location. But this morning I follow directions of the app which instructed me to go straight to the window when I got to this location to pick up my coffee. The app kept saying that it’s processing but it never told me that my order was ready, but after waiting for 40 minutes I decided to go ahead and try to pick up my coffee thinking that the app may have glitched. When I drove to PJs I went directly to the window just like the app had instructed and the person working the window today, who I now realize is the manager of the location, rudely told me that I need to stop at the ordering speaker before I come through, to order to let them know even though I ordered on the app. I told them that I would from here out, but when they handed me my coffee the only reason I just wanted to let them know why I came to the window was because the app instructed me to do so. The person working the front window, who is also the manager at this location, was very rude to me and snapped back me again and told me the next time I need to stop at the speaker before coming to get my coffee at this location even though the app tells me otherwise. I just want to let you know that the manager at this location is really rude and it is uncalled for them to act that way to me, because I was being nothing but nice to them. This really makes me not want to come back to this location again. Thank you so much for taking your time out to read my review.

My daughter and I love stopping here on early mornings for a treat. She is 11 and loves the frozen hot chocolate. I always get the iced white chocolate latte. Always delicious.

While in Meridian a few weeks for work I found this place. No Starbucks in sight, I came upon one of the only coffee places with a drive-through and it turned out to be a little bright spot during my stay. The coffee is amazing, the service is fantastic, and they have a vegetarian breakfast sandwich that is so good! I definitely recommend this place! I’ll miss it for sure.

The service has really started going downhill lately. The employees were very cheerful and prompt when they first opened and here the past few months they have been extremely rude evertime I have gone in there, acting like its a bother for them for customers to come in.. Lobby has not been swept, they never have certain food items on hand. Hopefully they can turn things around before Starbucks gets here otherwise that will be my new morning stop.

After such a great experience at a shop in Louisiana, we just had to stop at another PJs coffee when passing through Mississippi! The pumpkin spice latte was just as wonderful as our previous stop! Most definitely recommend!
