Harbor View Cafe

This is an excellent place to end a day on the beach. We ate outside on the porch, and it was relaxing. Our server, Ashlyn, was amazing, very accommodating with a positive vibe. The food was great for a fair price. The ice tea was the best I've had in quite some time. I highly recommend this cafe! We will definitely be going back.

Excellent place. The food was incredible. Out server was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable and made you want to just sit and talk for a bit after you finished.

I heard positive reviews from locals but I ordered 3 things and each were at best a review for 2 star. Seafood Gumbo. EXTREMELY salty sort of burnt my taste buds😞. I could only have two spoon fools at a time until I gave up. Asked for their best salad and it was the Pecan Salad, mostly lettuce maybe 2 slices of cucumber and 2 slices of tomatoes and half an egg and a tsp of pecan. Dressing was good. Also ordered the NY Steak and it was like ordering from a waffle house or I guess what should be expected from a breakfast place. It was the only choice to order food as we got into LB kinda late. I always give places a second chance but probably sticking with breakfast meals.

Everything was great! Our server had a great personality and she could keep up with my crazy uncle's! They didn't hold a grudge she was from Mobile, Alabama! 😂

Never had a bad meal from this place. I loved it! Friendly people, good food, by the water. Other than a strong drink (not sure if they have), what else can you ask for?!

Love this small quaint atmosphere lovely people and it’s right on the beach . Perfect for a patio breakfast or whatever. Super cute place and the bakery Omg don’t get me started on the pistachio cake . It’s amazing . . I missed her name but blonde lady at the counter was the sweetest. Me and my husband will definitely be back

Really great restaurant. I wanted to try breakfast but they stopped serving breakfast at 11. I got the pasta with shrimp, sausage, and crawfish. It was good. Even the croutons on the side salad was good. I gave this place 5 stars because the customer service was top notch. Everyone was very nice. Try to sit on the patio to get a view of the water.

Beautiful place with great views and large windows. Also has outside seating. Great service and the food was soooo gooood! We had the Hawaiian themed grilled chicken sandwich with Pineapple, swiss and ham on a kaiser roll and a Santa Fe Burger. These are large sandwiches and I highly recommend them!

This restaurant is upscale casual in a strip near the beach in Long Beach MS. We had chicken salad, tuna dip and shrimp remoulade on a bed of greens. Each were wonderful in different ways. The tuna was smoky. The shrimp was a little spicy and the chicken was filled with fruit and nuts. The fried green tomatoes were great as well, crunchy and drizzled with hollandaise sauce. They even gave my husband a birthday cheesecake.

The location and view is great. The food was definitely above average, but had some room for flavoring improvement. The main complaint I have was the service. We were seated after a lady that came in and obviously knew the staff. She was seated almost instantly when we waited near 30 minutes. That was irritating. Then, it took about 25 minutes to receive our food.
