Redfish special was great! The sleeper was the potato salad. Great greens and gumbo.

Just like you saw on Diners, Drive-Ins,& Dives, famous Darwell's Cafe has it all. Great food and a great vibe, and only getting better every time we visit!

1st time here. Absolutely love this place. A homey backyard feel, live music. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Food is great. Angel hair Yum Yum and cheese cake plus Crawdish etouffee already eaten before I asked for a pic of it. Delicious.

Loved this venue! Food is way better than expected by me! Wondercul time, listening to Pitcher Point on a Friday evening...eating Crawfish Etoufee with grilled shrimp!

Comfy little dug out in Long Beach, Ms and they have someone playing nearly every night 6-9. Friendly owners, Darwell and wife, Sunny are super kind casual folks. Saturday's music at 6-9 also and Music at 1-til 9 on Sundays. Outdoor casual with big fans and in the shade! They have great seafood and a not so pricey menu as well. Just off the beach..Easy to Find!

What an amazing experience. The food was phenomenal and I hardly hand out 5 stars, but this place is the real deal.

Great service! Super nice staff. Nice atmosphere but the food was just ok. Husband's prime rib steak sandwich was just good, or just just ok. The Shrimp Creole was heavy handed with just tomato sauce. Maybe just a bad time if day but it had no veggies, no spice, just tomato sauce shrimp & a accent of a unknown type of small bits of sausage. Translated to a soup dish because of its lack of rice. Could not eat it without rice. Such he a thin layer of rice compared to the amount of sauce. Jasmine rice not appropriate for such a heavy sauce. Tried to use cold french to soak up sauce because of lack of rice but still let with just plain sauce & shrimp.

The Royal Reds were EVERYTHING!! Cooked like bbq shrimp. If you know, you know. Get them!!!
