Great food. The cajun chicken sandwich and french fries are great. Always a good lunch spot!

This is my favorite restaurant in Laurel, great food and great atmosphere. I get the Salmon salad or the Salmon BLT pretty much every time but the rest of the menu is great as well, crawfish or fried oyster poboys for sure. They do not take credit cards or I would eat here once a week.

Ordered and paid online. 10 minutes later received a phone call telling me that what I ordered was not available so they suggested something different. Not what I wanted but said ok. Picked up the food went home only to find that the food had NO flavor. I called and let them know I would like a refund. Even the girl agreeed that they didn’t season it since I explained it had NO color on it (the seasoning) That I didn’t pay 41 dollars to have to come home and season my own food. I was told the person I need to talk to wasn’t there that she would call me the next day. This was on the 22nd and today is the 29th and Ive still not heard from them.

Had a great time. Shrimp bisque was perfect.

Great space, great staff, best shrimp sandwich (not the po-boy) I've ever had. BTW, the $5 kids burger is bigger and better than most adult-menu burgers you would get for $15+ elsewhere.

Service was slow. Maybe the server was new or lacked training. The French Market Garden salad was mediocre (iceberg lettuce and cheddar cheese...). The Shrimp Po-Boy was more of a "half" sandwich (usually they are large, but this one was about 5 inches -- maybe the "lunch" portion?). Fries were decent. Had to pay up front, like a buffet or diner; furthermore, the server who rang me up asked me if I could pay in cash instead of using a credit card, in order to avoid fees. Not their best day.

I’ve gone once and the food was ok. Just ok. It might have been better if it was hot, but it appeared to have been setting out for too long before it was brought to us. This might have earned them a 3 star but I didn’t feel like I had gone enough to know how consistently they produced quality food. I do, however, have a reason to leave a rating now based off of food AND personal interaction
On two occasions, I have noticed them removing comments on their Facebook threads. Sure, the business owners have the right the regulated conversation in order to foster the culture and environment they see fit. But on this occasion, I felt it necessary to share.
I tried to engage in respectful dialogue with no rudeness or vulgarity by simply stating inconsistencies between what they say and what they do. Not only did they delete my comments, as well as multiple other inquiries from other customers, but now I no longer have the opportunity to message them or comment in any way. If you squelch out a respectful dialogue of inquiry and differing opinion and, instead, prefer groupthink only - go ahead. We won’t be back and hopefully whatever small circle of influence this reaches will consider the choice. Shopping local is important to me, whether in Hattiesburg or Laurel. I’m glad the rest of Laurel does better.

Was served chicken and veggies by the cutest little brunette with some of the most amazing wholesome customer service I have ever had. Quick, attentive, and every need checked off we left very pleased. Super excited to visit back! 🔥

It was OK. Not bad but nothing stood out. Food could have been hotter.

Authentic New Orleans style restaurant and the food is right on the money. If you're looking for something different in Laurel, give them a try. Call first because I believe they close at 5. I think it's designed to be a place for people that work in the downtown area, but of course any and everyone is welcome.
