PJ's Coffee

Great experience with the smiling young white female at the window! The best was that "Marvin" who took our drive thru order offered HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was kind, patient and understanding! He explained the menu to us well with tolerance. So grateful for this experience and hope that these two can be a model for all to follow with how to treat customers! Again, YOU ROCK!

2 of the worst drinks we’ve ever had at a PJ’s at the Hattiesburg location. Got the wedding cake cold brew which was awful- loaded with sugar and undrinkable. Also got the cafe latte which had no sugar and tastes more like soup than coffee, just tastes nasty. We won’t be returning.

Great coffee ☕ Extremely great customer service. Nice quiet atmosphere music is low and just right will definitely be back🔄.

I enjoy the atmosphere here, especially the patio. Food and coffee are so-so for me. I got a muffin that was still uncooked in the middle so I haven’t been too eager to try more.
It seems that cleanliness has fallen off recently which may be due to staff shortages. On my last visit the sofa area and coffee table was covered with what looked like fur & debris and the rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite awhile. Patio outside could use a sweep and maybe a good pressure wash. And the trash can they keep on the patio could use a wipe down as well. Hopefully things can improve.

I really love studying at PJ’s because it’s always quiet and comforting. Not to mention the coffee is amazing. I have to give it 4 stars though because for the past few weeks the outlets outside on their patio have been out of commission. They have the best outdoor seating, but I can never stay as long as I need to anymore because my devices start to die. Other than that would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get some work done or simply for great coffee and customer service

Very friendly staff at this location! I absolutely love it here! My favorite drink is a large protein velvet ice, half mocha, half vanilla, made with almond milk (or oat milk) and light on the coffee. Several staff members immediately recognize it's me when I start my order. Also, love the king cake slices when they come out! I also love the croissants here!

Edited to add: Please please bring the ham and swiss croissants to this location! I always get them in Slidell and in Hattiesburg when there but I would love to have them here since I live closer to here! Thank you 😁
