Great spot for morning coffee. Friendly service. They offer free refills on coffee all day which is a great value. The pecan sticky bun and croissants are very good as well

These guys do a phenomenal job roasting beans! It is so cool to watch the process. The coffee and food are great. The people working are good at what they do!!!

Great Coffee, the first morning here I woke up at 630 and headed down to find coffee. Wonderful staff, coffee and coffee cake! The second morning coffee was wonderful got banana bread and it was horrible, it was so dry it must have been in the pastry bag for 3 days.... so disappointed. I'll try the coffee cake again tomorrow morning.

Th roasted bean was a great hang out place. The cheesecake is to die for. Friendly staff and well stocked supplies.

Just stood in line for 10 min. Got ignored by staff and them I'm guessing the manager came out helped someone else and just left me waiting. Walked out after 10. Not busy at all and did not seem to be understaffed o.O? Update tried again the next day morning. A+ crew. The coffee was fantastic. Highly recommend going in the morning. Don't forget to tip!

Tried to go here for dessert; checked first to insure we had plenty of time. After having to walk two blocks due to parking being blocked off and valet service not running but still blocking the other available parking, we wandered through the casino looking for the spot. Without even taking a step inside the doorway the rude lady behind the counter shouted not once, but twice in rapid succession that they were closed. All we wanted was dessert- all those were still in the display case. Wasn't looking to have coffee made or food cooked. It would have been nice to see someone at the very least be less than 100% rude. Thought wow, never been to a place that wouldn't let you grab something to go but if we missed the close so be it. BUT WAIT... we looked at the time to see it was 9:02. They list their close time at 10pm. Zero stars.

Uncertain if our barista was having a bad day, improperly trained or didn't care for my wife and I. With a lais·sez-faire attitude and brewing an undrinkable mocha latte(saturated with sugar, syrup?) my expierence concludes to poor.

On the counter side, my wife had a wonderful smoothie and both pastries purchased were quite nice.

I hope this quaint coffee shop, within one of our favorite Casino, will work on customer satisfaction with the totality of their service representatives.

I had s ham egg and cheese croissant and also got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. They were both well worth it. Also got a caramel frappe. It to was the best. Will defiantly go back.

The Roasted Bean is a 5 star coffee shop!....the food and coffee and amazing! I did a 2 star to highlight the service. The cashier (Mona Lisa) doesn’t pay attention to what the customer orders. I clearly ordered 2 drinks and ended up with 3. I got her to correct it only to not receive the actual refund I was due. No real customer service or attention to detail.
