Vanilla Bean - Two Harbors

I'd heard good things about this place I've the years but never had the chance to get here for brunch until now. The reviews are right, the food is amazing! I had the Castle Danger Hash (pictured below). Everything was cooked to perfection, and the blend of all ingredients was perfectly balanced. It cools really be split between 2 people if you plan on having lunch, but it was perfectly filling for my drive back to Northfield. My compliments to the chef!

Super great spot. The service was fast. The pricing was spot on but most importantly the food was EXCELLENT! The wild rice and the cranberry sandwich was our favorite! Thanks for the delicious lunch!

A great little breakfast place! The staff works hard, and the food and vanilla latte were tasty. The crepes were SO good! Getting there earlier will typically result in less of a wait like any breakfast place, but not bad either way. I’d come back here again!

Fantastically quaint, delicious food, lovely staff. Was here about a month ago driving through and starving. This was one of the few places open. Followed covid protocols which was great (spacing out tables/closing tables to make space, wearing ppe, cleaning, disposable menus and silverware, etc). I was skeptical at first whether this was going to truly satisfy my desire for a good meal and it certainly did. I got the pesto eggs benedict and it was phenomenal! Highly recommend stopping at Vanilla Bean if you are in the Two Harbors area.

We heard good things and decided to check it out. The food was ok but nothing that really made us want to go back again. My eggs were odd - the only time I've seen that color was when they came from a carton. Certainly not fresh eggs.

Supposedly out of milk for coffee for a creamer.

We were seated quickly and the order came out in a timely manner but refilling coffee cups and checking on the food must not have been in the schedule for our visit.

The food was very good. The coffee could use a boost. They were definetly understaffed.

Great little place for breakfast. Drove past several times and finally dropped in. Great service, great food, wonderful coffee options. I had a chai tea latte, hashbrowns, eggs (properly cooked over easy), toast and sausage links. They were out of the hash... Definitely going back to try it. This is nothing fancy but just what I wanted!

Everything I was hoping for, and more.

Great stop after a long drive.
