Laidback and unique coffee shop offering high quality drinks and food. They serve coffee, tea, have kombucha on tap as well as a few beer/wine options. I have yet to try their food, but if it's on par with their drinks...I can expect good things. The location is in the midst of a busy section of the highland park village. It was clean, the background music was well curated and the staff was kind.

if I wanted a cup of milk I would’ve drank one at home :’) won’t be back.

The Coffee and Prices were fairly decent but there is no available handicap parking and only on street, one hour parking if you’re lucky enough to snag a spot so, unless you’re okay walking some distance to get here, it’s not worth the jaunt to stand in line for 20-25 minutes for a handicap individual such as myself.

Bright, inviting space, baristas are always friendly and helpful. Love all the homemade syrups for my lattes, and all of the fun and unusual cold brew combos are amazing!

Wish I could tell you how awesome their coffee is but...
Had a delay on flight Christmas day, this shop web said they were open. Left parking and drove over only to find sign on window saying closed. Really need to keep web info current!

two words: WHITE LIGHTNING
other than that, it is a trendy MPLS coffee shot that is aesthetic. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
but I go for one thing, and it's my favorite coffee drink in the Twin Cities, bar none.

Great iced latte. The cinnamon pull-apart bread was fantastic - not too sweet, and just the right size. Lots of outlets, good wifi, and nice tables/booths to work - but it's fairly loud and quite busy. They have cold brew and craft beer on tap! Small selection of pre-made salads and sandwiches.

Love this place. Great coffee. Tough to find a spot to sit ... Especially on a Saturday. Clearly I'm not the only one that likes it.

Americano was on point. Chai Latte was delicious. I'm a sucker for almond croissants, and they had fresh ones available. The worst part was trying to find a spot to sit.

Quixotic is a gem in the Highland area of St. Paul. They have a wide range of coffee items but also have excellent pastries and food. Every time I’m in the area I stop by! The parking can be somewhat tricky, but not nearly as bad as most places in Minneapolis. They also have a fun room to rent out if you need a spot to get together with friends, or just want a private space to work.

I know the photo is just off an espresso cup and nothing more.
The newly renovated cafe came into highland a few years ago and soon became my favorite place to get a perfect espresso.
It was the first cafe in the twin cities that brewed an impeccable espresso.
You could receive the cup and immediately start sipping on it without fear of melting your face with burnt grounds. The nutty flavor can be tasted with every sip of the creamy roast.

If you are dining next door at Highland Grill, don't worry, you can order a fabulous coffee from next door! Perfect for a Saturday morning!
Go, grab a seat and a paper (or cellphone) and enjoy the coffee, you'll be impressed.
