I have to start off with that I have been coming here for years and love their coffee. The staff have always been very friendly and have had great interactions. Over the last several months though I have had some very bad experiences with one of the employees there. The first couple of times that I have interacted with them I didn’t think anything of it but after the third and fourth times it is just too much. This employee has been rude not even acknowledging my presence and not saying anything to me. I don’t expect an in depth conversation but a simple “hello”, "thanks" or "have a nice day" would be nice. When I have tried to be polite they haven’t even acknowledged that so I unfortunately will not be going here anymore.

My favorite coffee shop in the Twin Cities. Coffee is excellent. The ambiance is a perfect blend of modern, rustic, and "chic." Great spot for "me" time or a meet-up with a friend!

It's nice inside and everyone is pretty friendly. It's kind of a bougie coffee shop in price, but not in options. There's no warming oven to heat pastries, they only have two sizes of drinks, and not a lot of options. The espresso machine is high quality, and the drinks are usually pretty good. They are on the kick of this new trend in extra tangy espresso beans, and that's not my favorite style but they do it well.

Had the best americano here I've had in a long time. Also, both the mushroom, onion, and cheese croissant and almond croissant were next level for the metro. Also, definitely try the passionfruit caramel croissant donut!

Coffee is amazing and the service is great! I went in to study and the place is friendly and I was able to get so much done! Also the coffee beans taste so fresh and great options for those who don't like too much coffee! I will be visiting there again soon!

A simple dark roast with oat milk was delicious!

I had an excellent vanilla latte (not too sweet or milky—I prefer when I can actually taste the espresso in a latte and this was just what I wanted!). My husband got a shot of espresso and a pour over, and reported that this was one of the best shots he has ever had in the twin cities! Staff was friendly, and it’s a nice space to work in with plenty of outlets as well. We will definitely be regulars!

Barista lack of knowledge.
She didn’t know it takes 10 seconds for an espresso shot to “go bad” (flavor and texture begin to change significantly as the body and crema of the shot begin to blend together).
She started by pulling the espresso shot and let it sit there while she was just about to start steaming milk and measuring the syrup.
Turns out, our drinks tasted bitter and very sour (might because she was tamping too light and caused under-extracted, can’t talk for this).
One good thing is the pastry was delicious, but quite expensive.

Modern and vibrant. Coffee is good

I am not from the area, but I was told that this is the best coffee roaster in the twin cities area. I was not disappointed. The Colombia El Meridiano was brewed perfectly. Full of sweetness with a wonderful balance. I really hope I’m able to come here again.
