Coborn's Grocery Store Sauk Rapids

Always good customer service here. They are going through some remodeling so it's a bit messy right now, but they have employees out on the floor to help you anyway they can.

A different set up than I am used to but everything was as great as the location I'm used to in St Cloud. Will definitely be doing my shopping here for sure!

For one the the cashier charged me for stuff I didn’t get. Second the Guess Service girl rather talk with her friends then do her job and she didn’t know how to do her job so you can’t get anything resolved or your money back. This is the second time I have had Poor service at this location.

I have changed my mind about this place. One of the managers (Jordan) actually called me and apologized and looked into what happened. He recognized what it was corrected it. Thank you Jordan

I would like to know why at this location I had an employee tell me in only four sentences....
I don't have time for this,
This is not my job,
I don't know who the manager is and how to get ahold of them,
Either the stores run terribly or the store manager is awful with what they do, employee training and introduction to their own employees.
It's time for the store to have an employee meeting and talk about not repeating those phrases.
Also the employee walked away with a severe amount of attitude.

Amazing, clean and great customer service. Shelves stocked and organized. Very professional. Well always be back!!

It is a nice store to shop in. We even get our dog treats there. Shop there frequently.

Wonderful atmosphere and food prices.

Very expensive for grocery, but good alternative to walmart

30 cash registers and one cashier. Floor polishing machine running with no muffler added to my extra
Unnecessary half hour in there.

More expensive than most stores but the employees are super nice.
