Lauren very nice and helpful during my visit.

This location has a great deal of space to work, with quite a few outlets. The staff were friendly, and my drink was delicious. My one recommendation is to take the gender assignments off the bathrooms, especially given that they are designed for one person at a time.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING CURBSIDE AND PAYING FOR ADDITIONAL STUFF TO BE ADDED.
I stop here atleast 2-3 times a week. Usually they are pretty good about bringing your order promptly but today I had to run in and grab my order. As I'm standing there I hear one lady say did you moose it? As I had payed for the extra shot on my mobile app. The girl says no I didn't, instead of pouring it back in the blender and adding it they continue to to finish my drink and head out to bring it to my car. I stopped her and said that's mine. So I payed for the shot and never got it, how many other times have I not gotten what I payed for?

DO NOT DO CURBSIDE FROM THIS LOCATION! I waited over 5 minutes (even showed up a little past the order time) and the MANAGER Diana gave my order to the wrong person. She did not apologize. She blamed me for having the same color car and said my order was complicated. I brought in the digital receipt and watched her enter the refund wrong. She then argued my refund. I told her I was late for work and just wanted a refund. After entering the order wrong more than once, I walked out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! They know how to make customers happy with their drinks and kids. I would definitely go there again

One of the few Caribou locations that feels more like a neighborhood shop than part of a chain. Lots of regulars willing to chat, super friendly and welcoming staff, and very relaxing environment. Plenty of available outlets and quick WiFi make it a very common place for people to work, too. If they served alcohol, it would be Cheers.

I was in Minnesota and went here almost everyday and the lovely 2 gals that work here gave me exceptional service and were so fun and also they knew the menu like the back of their hand ......they made my experience wonderful!!!!!

Ordered the large hot apple blast. They have 6 employees working. One senior citizen is working the register and a guy in his late teens is working doing ALL the orders . the other 4 employees are just standing around having non work related conversations.
The guy doing ALL the orders hands me a large cup 3/4 filled with black coffee. I went back to the register and told the senior citizen that this isn't what I ordered. She tells me to stand over with the other group that is waiting for their orders. 20 minutes later I still haven't received anything. The senior citizen comes over and says "didn't you get your order?" I explained that I didn't that's why I'm still standing here. Finally the guy doing ALL the orders gives me what I wanted.
Never could get those other employees to get any work done. These places are so noisy with all the steaming machines and grinders, etc. Why not move all the noise to the back and keep the area closed off by doors so people can eat 'n drink in peace. ??

I like this place. It's almost like home to me. Except unlike some patrons I don't actually live there. Did I mention they have newspapers? A cup of coffee goes better when there is a newspaper in your hand.

It's not a new location and it is popular with folks so it gets busy during key hours - mate you might be drinking your coffee while standing.

I go to this caribou every morning before I start my shift as the security officer for the usbank location right next to caribou and EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS CARIBOU I get the best service possible There is one individual that I see every day when I order my drinks and she has a very bubbly personality and she is very friendly and is the best part of my morning when I get to chat with her while ordering my drink her name Is Amelia and she is the best she knows my order the manager of this caribou is the best but Amelia has become apart of my morning routine I go order my drink from her simply the best location around highly recommend this caribou to everyone
