Relaxing atmosphere. Excellent home made cream cheeses and delicious bagels. Comfort like sitting by the hearth of a warm fire. Cozy. Thanks Old Town Bagels :)

Love love love old Town bagels. My only complaint is I wish their kitchen was open later, i tried to go there for dinner and hadn't realized they stop serving their main menu at 2:00 or 3:00. Was very disappointed but I am sure this has something to do with the construction on their street

**Update 22July2022:
From 4 to 1 star. Food was okay, definitely not worth the price increase and is smaller (shrinkflation apparently). Still took forever to get our order. The frappe I ordered was gross. The new look is way too modern/NYC style and don't like it at all.
It had been over a year since there last, will probably never go there again. Not very likely to recommend. Which is a shame because OTB was once one of our favorite places in town.
*Update 4/19/2021 from 5 to 4 stars: While was (assuming still is) a place with good bagels, it’s expensive and the wait times are ridiculously long. Whether called in or ordered online or ordered in shoppe, the wait is terribly long.
So freaking good! So many great and flavorful choices of bagels and ways to eat them. Cream cheese is awesome and plenty of variety. Coffees good, too. Tomato soup is on point. Have never been disappointed. Always a win. Staff is always friendly.

The restaurant itself is okay, but I made the mistake of ordering the “smoked salmon sandwich”. It was not fresh and gave me the WORST food poisoning I have had in years. Their coffee roast is also not great. Perhaps ok for basic turkey and cheese sandwiches, but not risking it again!

I’ve had breakfast here and lunch. The pizza breakfast bagel was really good and the sandwich bagels were also very tasty. I like the atmosphere and the ice cream.

Love this place my favorite sandwich is the ham, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. It’s a good and filling sandwich. They have very friendly staff who actually learns your name and what you normally get. They also have some good bakery items here as well.

Costumer service is bad and service is slow for basic orders. Workers are rude and unfriendly.

I love the turkey classic on a plain bagel, it's my favorite. It's simple but delicious. My daughter Ioves the pepperoni pizza bagel. I like the fact that I can place my order for a certain time and it's ready to go when I get there. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean. I also love bagels with their honey walnut!!!
