When an establishment has a closing time of 8pm, and you pull up to the drive thru window at 7:54 and order a hot chocolate, and get told ‘unfortunately the espresso machine has already been shut down for the night’, I thought you were open until 8pm?????? This has happened several times at this location. I’ve confirmed with other Caribou locations and asked them if you order a hot drink at 7:55 would they serve it to you, and I was told “absolutely, all of our machines are supposed to stay on until 8pm.” When people get there and order BEFORE your closing time, they should be served with what they ask for!
60 minutes to get a cup of coffee. They had 6 people working too. I had to remind them to make my order. All they did was chit chat, they need a manager. Terrible experience and they still messed up my order.
I always have a wonderful experience when I go in! They make really good Matchas I always get mine with coconut milk and it taste bomb. :) The staff are very friendly especially the high schoolers.
This Caribou charges more than other Caribou stores and also has a much more limited menu. I've attempted to contact the store management to discuss options for other menu items but haven't been contacted back. The employees are pretty friendly though and smile a good bit which helps make up for the limited menu.
Very kind staff besides one of the staff. She was rude to the customers behind me & to my mom and I. She didn’t say anything when we thanked her & acted like she was better than everyone working. My mom and I were shocked. I work in customer service and I had never experienced something that bad. But all of the rest of the staff is very kind and can make a tasty chai tea!
I Order a mint condition mocha. First I got a cup half full, tasted like regular expresso black coffee and half my cup was foam. No real chocolate, milk and most definitely no whipped cream. Most important NO MINT!!! Wasted time and money. Horrible, second time at this location, so disappointed. I tried calling they never answer. They need to train their employees better. I wish I can put negative 10 stars
I just went this morning and the cashier lady didn’t talk to us. I was with my sister and they didn’t tell us which drink was what so now we don’t know whose is whose. I don’t usually post bad reviews unless it bothers me and this customer service was just terrible.
