Caribou is better than Starbucks

The staff are always joyful, the drive thru and service are prompt. Pre-covid, I would sit in and while a bit cramped, the seating area was always clean, cozy and relaxing.

7:00AM experience:
Me: can I get a large dark roast?
Barista: sorry, all we have is light and medium roast.
Me: ok, I’ll take the medium then.
Barista: ok, that’s going to be more expensive, though.
You would think a coffee shop would have all sorts of coffee all the time. And if they don’t have the kind you want, they certainly shouldn’t charge you more to get something else.
I come to this location everyday, but I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. No longer helping these big chains that don’t know how to make coffee and treat customers right.

I always love caribou. I think my tastes are changing because their drinks are tasting a bit too sweet now, finding myself switching from mochas to iced coffees more.

Great! Drive up is too convenient. It's a treat I rarely indulge, but when it's served with alacrity, then it's extra nice.

Guy at the counter was very nice and patient with my poor hearing. Also helped me get some good info about the best night to have a study group there.

Wonderful fast and genuinely friendly service every time I have come here. I go out of my way to come to this Caribou location! Ano amazing staff that understands how to treat their customers.
