Tandem Bagels

Have had multiple grain bowls and they're really good! Seem to only make one type per day. Some are better than others so I wish I could know when they're making the different kinds.

I love this place, it’s my neighborhood coffee shop. Bagels and coffee are great, but no one is enforcing proper mask policy. 1 in 10 people were wearing it correctly, and in a tiny store like that, that can be really bad. This is a review being written out of love for this coffee shop, PLEASE start enforcing masks better. I don’t know if I will come back in the foreseeable future unless I know that it’s a safe space to get food from.

Not only did they write " order the actual breafast sandwich next time" on my bag. They sent me the wrong items. My order was for bagels with cream cheese and sausage. They sent me bagels with egg and no cream cheese. (Ps your sign says no eggs after 10:30 and you gave me eggs so thats kind of strange). Disappointed. Normally a much better experience from this establishment.

I love tandem bagels it's a great place to eat

Every time I go this place is better. And they're really making a string effort to keep everyone safe and happy during the pandemic. Outdoor seating is amazing, and indoor seating is fastidiously sanitized. It's the exact sort of comforting atmosphere I want, and I can never get enough of their coffee and food.

The service is always friendly, even when they're busy. The coffee is excellent, and their monthly drink specials are worth checking out, even if you don't normally drink flavored coffee. Their salt and onion bagels are my favorites.
Typically, I get some bagels to take home, but I decided to get breakfast in store this morning. I got the simplest option, the egg and (pepper jack) cheese, on a salt bagel. With any simple dish, the quality of the ingredients and skill in preparation make all the difference, and in this case, it was perfect. The eggs were soft and moist, and the cheese was melted throughout them. The salt on the bagel was just right to balance the creaminess of the eggs and cheese. I ended up sitting on the bench outside in the cold and eating the whole thing because I didn't want to wait until I got home.

This place is great! The staff are super friendly and attentive! Food quality is excellent, you can really tell that’s it fresh! I highly recommend the bent river on a sesame bagel! Which are made fresh every day! Chewy and delicious! but you gotta have it with pesto added! I also love the jalapeño lemonade! Sweet refreshing and it’s gotta little spicy kick to it! They have my favorite espresso bean in Mankato. Very mellow, never bitter. Also the rewards is actually worth it. It pays off pretty quick. That or I just eat here to often haha. 10/10 would recommend!

Love the food and the coffee is great too. It gets busy in the morning so I'd order ahead if you're worried about making it in and out quickly
