Very nice little place. Much preferred over the 'big' coffee places. Definitely worth it if you're in the area

LOVE The Bean! Leah (the owner) is fantastic, and their coffee is always delicious. Since COVID, they've added a lovely patio. Great muffins and great bagels if you're looking for breakfast!

Best coffee shop in the area! They have an extensive selection and the drive-thru is convenient. Kids love the smoothies. Only one block off Hwy 75 & very close to I-90. If you're travelling through it is well worth a stop!

Inconsistent and inconsiderate
Just got 3 fraps, I've ordered these before. These taste like water, called them back to let them know, was told by the girl "well I dont know what to tell you" she was EXTREMELY RUDE. Last time she made our coffee is was terrible too. Really sad we loved this place but I'll be speaking to the owner ASAP . If you cant make a decent coffee and your customer service is terrible ....why are you working here? So disappointed.

I give The Bean 5 stars they are always curteous and friendly when I call and their service, coffee and treats are amazing! We go there daily! Definitely recommend a trip to The Bean!

A hidden gem with great customer service

What a fun little place! We had a private room that could easily have held a group of 10-12 around a table. Another area had comfy chairs to lounge in and the front area was small tables for 2-4 people.

Coffee is amazing. Service is prompt and my coffee always comes with a smile. And the chocolate covered coffee Bean is always a great way to start the morning

Fast service, friendly staff, always well made. Could keep gushing about this place but it's definitely top tier.
