Caribou Coffee

This store is going downhill. They are instituting weird policies like one transaction per vehicle. (I haven't seen any other coffee shops in any city I've been to in MN that is doing this). I have stopped by here numerous times with a car full of people and every time told one transaction. What a headache to split a bill, figure taxes, for four people getting food and drinks!

This is normally a stop for my commute but I'll be skipping this place from now on. I used to stop at Starbucks since it was a little closer, looks like I'll be going back there from now on. Sad to see what management is doing to this store.

The baristas here were excellent!! Extremely friendly, caring, and went out of their way to answer all of my questions. One of the best quality made drinks too!

The team at caribou, are the best. The team is super friendly and smiling all the time. If you don't know what to get, just them for ideas. They are the brilliant ones at picking coffee, juice and/or tea, whatever you prefer.

It's always nice having someone make me a gooood cup of coffee. And a great place to get a gift card. Thanks. They are always so happy. Must be the coffee.

Not impressed with this visit. My son's drink didn't have the cover on tight and he spilled his drink inside of my car!! We got most of it cleaned up but hard to get any cleaned up between the seats and center counsel

I have been to this Caribou a handful of times, and only once was I satisfied with the quality of their drinks. Every time I have ordered an americano the coffee was burnt, and it could not have been consumed. This last time I tried a sparkling tea and it was just fine. I believe you are better going to the adjacent Holiday gas station for a coffee than this place.

Always clean and friendly, gotta have a coffee treat once in awhile, yum Turtle Mocha😊😊

I absolutely love Caribou, but this specific location rocks! I get my drink the second I pay at the drive thru, and I always receive it with a smile and a cheery attitude!! A+ customer service, the whole team always makes my day!!

I am a loyal Caribou guest, however this morning we had a much different experience. Extremely slow, we were the only ones in the drive thru line and waited a full 10 minutes for 2 coffees. We wanted to order bagles however we we're rushed at the time of order being asked "Is that going to be everything" after each beverage and then given a total when we asked about bagels. Very unfriendly at the window as well. You can see the Starbucks across the parking lot, maybe try them out instead.

I love this place the drink are divine

My friend and I came in this morning to get a matcha latte and we got it and it had a lemonade taste to it. So then we went through the drive through and got new ones. But there was a hair in mine.
