Adorable atmosphere and a great menu to go with it. Highly recommend it for meeting a friend for lunch and / or fun date with your partner. I look forward to going again.

Immaculately clean! Great food! We were able to pin down the owner on our most recent visit and hear her story. Amazing and inspiring to learn about how she overcame so many obstacles to make it happen.

I went the same day as the girl named “Veronica” that commented. I do not know her at all. I had a similar experience although I never even got any food. Seems like the owner likes to argue with the customers. Claiming “Veronica” uses too much salt in her food. Who says that to a customer?? Would not recommend. I was going to give this place a second try but after reviewing the comments I am disgusted.

We stopped by Gustaf's to eat on our way home from a day of outdoor adventures. The food was delightful (good sandwiches on cranberry bread!) and the interior surprisingly spacious with tables (the pics online don't do it justice). Nice wait staff, I just wish they stayed open later. Definitely a great spot to grab a bite to eat, charmingly placed between flower and art shops that can expand your experience.

Really liked the charm of the place and the staff was good. My chicken salad crescent was pretty bland. My wife said her chicken sandwich was decent but kind of dry.

We had a horrible experience here. Went in for soup and sandwich. We were rushed!! When we ordered we were told we only had a half hour then they were closing. We were charged $1.00 for hot water. We asked for honey and they gave us about three drops and were charged .25. We wanted dessert but they were mopping the floor letting us know it was time for us to leave. Soup was not hot and we ordered the pioneer sandwich with ONE thin slice of bacon. Please don’t waste your time here

Love this place. Great food. Great staff. The food is always fresh and made with quality ingredients!! Try the Chicken Wild Rice Soup!! Best I have ever had!!

This place needs some customer service training. Food is basic, skimping and not really consistent. You're better off looking elsewhere. Don't let the charming building fool you and good reveiws from some locals. Not the most pleasant experience you'd think you would get in a small town. Seems like a ownership issue.

As a repeat take out customer I have never been seated but the dining room looks inviting and the staff has always been pleasant. The Sandwiches are put together and presented very nicely, quality meats and cheeses, lettuce is crisp, thoughtful bread choices.. Good choices for ice cream too.
