What can I say other than this is a new favorite of mine. I came here with my mom and if you want the classic diner feel this is the place. We specifically look for places like this when we are out on a bit of an adventure. It was everything we wanted and more. The staff was very friendly and we had burgers off the menu instead of getting something off the whiteboards. We are going to be back in the area soon and have plans to stop here again. Americana experience at its finest.

Food was great and the service was fine (they were quite busy). This place is a little loud and there's quite a few children - if this bothers you, you might want to avoid this place.

We hadn't been here in about 15 years, it is still the same classic diner it always was. Huge portions, delicious food and very friendly employees. There are no foo-foo drinks or skinny-jean hipsters here, just hometown people.

A quaint “mom and pop” diner with an extensive menu, HUGE portions, and reasonable prices. Our waitress was attentive even though it was busy. Food came out quickly, hot and so delicious! Something for everyone on the menu!

Amazing food, we had the biscuits and gravy, French toast, chicken fried steak, eggs, hash browns and English muffin. It was all 5 stars, we will definitely be back and make this a on going tradition for breakfast.

Excellent food, excellent service at reasonable prices. Only ate breakfast so cannot comment on lunch.
Highly recommend the Buckboard.

Good, home cooked food. Not air conditioned which made it pretty hot while the kitchen was on full speed ahead. The service was fast but I waited for water for awhile. I asked a couple times and was brought the pitcher for my table (there were only 2 of us)... I'm not sure if that was endearing or facetious... The teen girl server was stationed right behind our table on her phone most of the time.
The prices were a bit higher than expected for a mom and pop place but no worse than your typical iHOP. The eggs, sausage and blueberry pancakes were good. The hashbrowns were crispy but definitely needed some flavoring beyond the oil. The bacon was a bit underdone for me so I didn't eat it.
Overall, we'll definitely try it again because it seems promising and perhaps it was an off day. I'll update if anything changes, of course.

This restaurant is the small town atmosphere missing from so many cities! Great food, healthy portions, and low prices. It's a smaller place with capacity for maybe 50-60 people they fill up fast on a Sunday morning. Don't worry about the wait though, food comes out quickly and tables come and go pretty fast. My only hope is that someday they update the building, if even interior decorating... it's a bit... shall we say, dated. But I promise you that is no reason to miss out in their awesome food!

Food is great and servers are so friendly and nice; price is ok for a small local diner.
