Caribou Coffee

Worst Carmel High rise ever. Watery and no flavor. Busy place so it seems quality is not an emphasis. I would rather have no coffee than coffee this bad.

Hands down best customer service I've ever received. These guys and gals have the best work ethic and care I've seen in many years. Coming from management, these are the types of people I'd want working for me! Amanda and Deanna specifically have "popped" out at me, as they repeatedly amaze me at their ability to handle whatever comes through the door. You can tell all the staff work hard to remember customers and their drinks. They really individualize us and never provide anything but examplary service.

I always enjoy the customer service and my tasty coffee from Caribou in Hinckley, MN. The Fall flavors are delicious. I highly recommend the pumpkin latte (I like mine with skim milk) and the Maple waffle breakfast sandwich. #sogood

Stopped at this Caribou Saturday. Horrible experience. Had 2 bags of beans ground. Took forever. Tried only giving me back one of the 2 bags. Then when I got home, the second bag of grounds they threw into my brown bag was 1/3 of a bag short of grounds. Also, one of the few Caribou’s that will charge for ice water. I’ll stop in North Branch next time.

Amanda makes the best dam coffee ever shes always so happy and greats you with a smile!:) she trains those workers how to make the coffee right! I dont like going to the Cambridge one because they make my drink wrong almost everytime and amanda knows the right way!!!

Very friendly staff working there. First time there, and so excited there is a Caribou in Hinckley!!! Sara (I think that was her name) went above and beyond to make the perfect drink for me. It was delicious!! Not too sweet and actually tasted like coffee. Very pleased with this Caribou. As far as the complaints I seen on here all I can say is that almost every Caribou does the drinks a little differently I've noticed. I originally ordered the Coffee Cooler but ended up giving it to my husband because it was too sweet. I ordered another drink and just asked the girls and ended up with my new favorite drink. Just being kind goes a long way!!

Staff not very friendly at this location. Coffee could have been better. Won't be returning to this location.

Love caribou. Just wish it was easier to use coupons. Was gonna enjoy my free coffee coupons. I will still stop there. Will just stop using the rewards

We ordered a decaf coffee and a couple other drinks in the drive thru. The drinks came quickly but the decaf had to be made. The girl at the window said it would just be a couple minutes but we waited almost 10. There wasn't an apology or an offer for a free coffee or refund. Just ridiculous
