Caribou Coffee

I've tried to find a fancy coffee that tastes good to me but I guess I'm an old fashioned coffee drinker. The staff has always been friendly and helpful though.

Most unfriendly customer service ever. We walked out without ordering and won't go back.

Their coffe and other drinks are well made and flavorful. It is pricey at times, but if you are use to getting Starbucks or other expensive drinks then you will have no concerns with the prices. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I go there nearly 7 days a week to get my drink and breakfast (I might have a problem.. lol). I have NEVER had a bad experience there, Ive never had my order wrong, The wait for how busy they are a
nearly all the time isn't bad, and they are super consistent! Everyone there is really friendly and always have a smile on. If you are unsure of what you want, they are super helpful, and will even pick their favorite drink for you if you ask them! I love going here.

Visited here twice in one day. 1st visit they got the size wrong in our order. 2nd visit they got the drink order wrong.

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Good coffee and friendly service. The food is slightly disappointing being that they have gone to all pre-packaged sandwiches instead of making them fresh as they used to. They do have a good selection including gluten free, but no vegan options.

Super friendly, welcoming staff. The drink I had was well made and tasty. I had to stick around quite awhile and work - it was quiet enough to get things done but there was enough chatting among both staff and patrons to actually feel like a coffee house pre covid.

They were super busy! My order was wrong but the Barista fixed it with a smile! I will go back.....

I get a medium Mint Condition Cooler. I've been inside, but almost always use the drive thru.
