Caribou Coffee

We went here while in town and it was an amazing experience. The line wait was about 4 cars and only 10 minutes. Our drink was great turtle mocha cooler, and I asked for a water and they gave me it in a nice cup. The drive thur looks a little different then most as a pharmacy drive thur is right next to it but it didn’t impact our experience in a negative way at all! We will definitely return in the future!

This Caribou is fantastic. They are spot on with drinks every single time!

I’m excited that Caribou has made its way to Glencoe. I imagine that the poor reviews here are from folks that don’t realize the store just opened and everyone is new/learning the job. I’ve been through the drive up twice and inside a couple of times. Drinks were good and service was nice. Did it take a little longer than your average suburban Caribou one of those times? Sure! But that will improve as everyone gets the hang of it. I was pleasantly surprised by my receipt after going there during an afternoon ‘happy hour’. Great savings!!

Always quick and friendly service. Hot sandwiches and cold drinks.

Increase knowledge of making the drinks accurately and quickly. Order 2 times and the drinks have been made incorrectly. The drive up speaker is of the poorest quality. I had to repeat myself 2 -3 times for the barista to hear me. I had no music on I was close to the speaker, also little to zero wind. Caribou in a small town the first 3 months is critical. Turn it around so you guys don’t go under

Glencoe is my favorite caribou!! I go here almost every morning and the ladies that work here are amazing! They are always friendly and have never messed up my order, and I’m a picky coffee drinker!! The service is amazing and fast and I appreciate everything these ladies do to make my work day tolerable by making my special morning coffee!! This Caribou team is truly the best and the manager Jaidyn is absolutely phenomenal!! Thank you Caribou for all that you do!!

This is the worst caribou I've ever been too. We had to repeat our order over 4 times until they switched another person over to the mic, and even then we still had to repeat ourselves. No background noise at all and we were speaking loud. And even though they weren't busy, they still messed up the order and my coffee literally tastes like water. Plus the barista was rude and had an attitude right when we pulled up. I'm not usually a Karen, but I couldnt not give this place a one star review. The quality has been this bad every single time I've come here, and others can say the same. Worst experience ever.

Coffee 👌 but always have to repeat perks number. Drive thru always a little slow. Only local drive thru for coffee so if I have time I do stop if I’m wanting a coffee.

Always have a good experience at Caribou. Never a bad cup of coffee whether its hot, iced or blended. Their fruit drinks are great also. Blended Dragon fruit is my go-to fruit drink...
