Always a good meal at great prices. Good downtown food and people.

Thought $30 for breakfast for two was a bit steep. I substituted my toast for a pancake and was told there would be an up charge. $2.75 for one pancake that was the size of a dessert plate and just as thin??!! Ridiculous. Food was good and served fast, but typical breakfast food that any cafe offers. Will plan to look for other options when in the area again.

This place has been here forever and it is amazing. The decor isn't fancy, but the food is just about perfect. If they have the country fried steak special, grab it before it's gone.

Friendly service! We had the special which was the Ham Sandwich Deluxe with fries (fried ham with cheese, bacon, and fried onions on a bin) for under $9 and the piece de resistance - LICORICE ICE CREAM! We purposely stopped in Garrison for a now defunct ice cream shop that always had the elusive licorice. Oh and homemade apple pie. Yummy....💗

Family friendly, super nice staff. Great selection and we got it in a timely manner despite how busy they were.

Love, love, love. Some of the beast breakfast in the state. Wish the country fried steak was always on the menu. None the less I will always be coming back =).

Thursday afternoon and not busy. And the Chile I had was warm not hot. Not sure if it was home made or not. The French fries were hot and tasty. Prices are reasonable.

Typical greasy spoon country cafe. Prices and service were reasonable and the quality of the food matched it. Nice that they serve breakfast all day. No major issues noticed, but nothing in particular stood out.

Stopped in for breakfast and this was exactly what we wanted! Simple food, well prepared, QUICK with incredibly pleasant service! If you are looking for something fancy, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for basic, quality breakfast with a "mom and pop" vibe...enjoy!
