I'm glad I checked the reviews because I never would have gone in, looks pretty rough on the outside (inside too!) Had a great burger and onion rings!

Had dinner last night at the Country Cafe. Jackie was an awesome server and the country fried steak and meatloaf meals were phenomenal. Great salad bar and the restaurant was clean and Jackie's service was awesome. Would definitely go back.

Date of Visit: 6/4/2019 around 7:00AM - Hands down the best breakfast my husband and I have had in a long time! HUGE portions, friendly staff, small town excellence! Great diner - go eat there!

We really like the chicken strip sandwich and the open faced sandwiches with mashed potatoes.

My husband and I like to visit little "mom-n-pop" cafes when traveling. We found this one with high reviews and decided to stop. Our initial server was very friendly and we were delighted that breakfast was served all day! We both ordered Belgian waffles.....and they both looked and tasted like they were days old. Mine had actually been pulled apart and was a bit on the burnt side. A different server brought out our food and was quite surly when asked to correct an item that wasn't right. Terrible service, mediocre food, but to their credit, they did drop an item off our bill for the hassle (and without any complaint from us).

Small town country type cafe serving homestyle food. Large portions at reasonable prices. Very reasonable actually. We have had breakfast, lunch and supper and have never been less than completely satisfied. Service is quick and friendly even when it is busy and the staff is running around like crazy.

Wonderful little Cafe, great food, the staff is so welcoming. Highly recommend supporting this small business!

It’s kind of your typical small town diner. Nothing amazing but the prices are right. Most of the food I’ve had here is on the greasy side. I can’t give them 5 stars because I don’t love it and I can’t give them 3 because the prices make up for the lack in other areas. Overall a decent place to stop if you’re in the area or passing through. There aren’t really any good alternatives within 5-8 miles. Either have to go to Rochester or St Charles if you want something else.

Amazing small town diner with friendly service. I was able to special order a fried chicken sandwich and talked directly to the chef!! Clean & cozy.

The waitress with colored hair was back talking customers and very rude to the 5 different groups of people in the restaurant. One table asked her why she had to be so rude and her response was, "oh, I'll show you rude, that was me being nice." We felt uncomfortable and there was a hostile environment because of that. The potatoes were really greasy and biscuits were crunchy and stale. The gravy had no flavor.
