I’m always doing ordering ahead and picking it up before work, they always have it ready for me so fast! All the staff are so friendly and amazing. Definitely my favorite caribou to go to!

Horrible customer service! I ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. I got my coffee in 3 min which is great but waited an extra 15 min for sandwiches. There was 5 employees working and no one was concerned I was waiting for almost 20 min. When I asked the lady making coffee she snapped at me saying it was coming later! Finally someone of asked me what I was waiting for and then at that time they put my sandwiches in the toast oven. It's just sad and pathetic and I will start going to Starbucks with better customer service.

New staff being trained on registers today, and I was patient and understanding for that, however the trainee entered my iced green tea drink in as an Earl Grey ice tea. The manager was pleasant enough, but made me feel like I was the one who ordered the wrong drink. 5 years of Caribou perks should show I order mostly the same iced tea drink on every visit. Not very happy with her attitude and may start making the effort the use the other Caribou's in town, or become a Starbucks valued customer!

I'm a little high maintenance when it comes to my coffee. These people didn't bat an eye at my persnickety requests & were cheerful from start to delightful finish!
My beverage was so perfect it set a light & skippy tone for my whole day!

Not what it used to be. There was a time I could get a fresh sandwich made to order and now they serve frozen sandwiches. At least the service is still good.

Virtually nothing on the menu at this place. A "supplier issue" for doughnuts and cake pops? Are your doughnuts coming from China? This place is ridiculous.

I dont have caribou often but I bought a latte and this happened last time I bought a latte. The cup was only half full of latte, the foam takes up the entire cup. A small caramel latte cost me $4.74. It was in total a little less than 1/2 cup of liquid for this amount of money. I honestly think the cup only had 1/4 amount of actual liquid and the rest was froth. I know its first world problems but I would expect more for a $5 small latte. Sorry to be negative.

I stop at Caribou Coffee every morning for the exact same coffee every morning. The staff here seem very impatient and more busy with getting drinks out rather than the quality of them. If You don't want to deal with the attitude before getting your coffee in the morning I would recommend the Anoka, Blaine or Rodgers location.
P.S: This was not a one time thing this has been every time I have been there, except twice.

I use to come here all the time, but not anymore because I got food poisoning! I ordered an iced caramel high rise and got sick within 30 minutes. I’ve been sick the ENTIRE DAY

I came in last night to order two kids hot cocoa and 1 large hot cocoa. it took 10 minutes to get those drinks and for the kids cups to be maybe 1/3 full in a small cup. My sister grabbed the kids drinks so i wasn’t aware until we were in the car driving away. My 3 year old finished hers before we got out of the parking lot. Pretty disappointed in the kids cocoas. The large cocoa was very good though.
