I would like to preface with, fast food sucks, and it's Easter. However, I worked at a caribou for almost a year.
The wait was incredibly long. And then they gave me a coffee instead of a frozen hot chocolate. I told them it was coffee and the person at the window told me I was wrong twice. I explained it was for a toddler and I'm not giving them coffee. She offered to get the manager for me to talk to them about it. My husband tried it and agreed with me that it was coffee. And they finally remade it. I am very annoyed, it was ridiculous.

Today I had stopped due to crying in my car and needing to collect myself. EVERYONE this morning working was amazing! It definitely turned my really crummy morning around and turned my attitude around for the rest of the day.

Every time I come here they are always friendly and they get my order right too. Everything tastes good and starts my morning off right. I get no whip in my coffee and today they even put a smiley face. Great workers we need more like them

(The five stars is for the people working there.) They are using water from the city of Elk River, MN. This means, every cup of coffee contains some radioactive waste water from the Monticello, MN nuclear facility leak in November of 2022. All of the deep groundwater pathways in the area are connected to each other, so every well in a 50 mile radius has some tritium in it by now.

This store is notorious for taking a long time even when there’s no customers in the drive thru or inside. I also tried calling their store 3 times today to see if they had the sparkling teas back since there’s been a shortage recently, and nobody answered the phone? What business doesn’t answer their phones at all? It’s ridiculous

Got in the drivethru at 1:58, got up to the ordering booth at 1:59. They told us they were not taking anymore orders because they closed at 2. Then we got stuck in their line. Overall unsatisfied with this visit.

I've gone to this Caribou several times the last month or so and I am genuinely impressed with the level of customer service. I was behind a customer who was giving off major Karen vibes and the cashier handled her very well. I do not have the same patience.
