Dunn Brothers Coffee

I came in for my visit and ordered a medium cappuccino for here. It was placed in a large to go cup, with 1 small serving of espresso and foam to the brim... the cup was large and way too light for a medium but definitely a small, I asked a few questions, and also mentioned I ordered for here. Instead of offering to remake my drink that I’m clearly not satisfied with, the barista takes my cappuccino and pours it into a mug Completely flipping my drink, and hands it back and turns away to dismiss me. I could live with the attitude but she turned around and immediately started mocking me to her coworker while I was standing right there. She realized I was listening & pretended to look away. For $6, my espresso isn’t hot, tastes burnt & not what I ordered. Customer service needs to step it up! Plenty other places to go....

Great coffee and atmosphere. It's a bit challenging to visit by bike.

Great atmosphere, lively batistas, excellent selection of coffees and munchies. The interior is a beautiful log cabin experience with a view of the lake.

The chai latte was delicious. The ambiance was nice. I relaxed for a couple hours and got some work done on my laptop. Fast internet. Comfortable seating. Will be returning.

Great coffee shop, with a fantastic atmosphere for studying. My only complaint is the limited seating, and it's super crowded (especially on weekends), oftentimes with no seating available unless you stand around and wait for 15+ minutes.

The owner is great - very knowledgeable - most of the staff are also very nice. Good coffee, pastry, sandwiches. North woods decor. Wi-Fi available. Clean restrooms. Outdoor seating available. Drive thru window. Small parking lot with on street parking also.

Beautiful place! Spacious with lots of tables and outlets, but really awkward atmosphere!!! No music playing and it's so quiet you can here what other people are talking about if it's not busy.

Really sweet and cozy. Scrumptious food. I recommend showing up with fully charged devices. Outlets are inconvenient but definitely sporting some extension cords.

Went through the drive through to order a drink. It took them a bit to even notice I was in the drive through waiting to order a drink. After I finally got my drink(I had ordered a medium latte) I noticed that the cup was just over half full of actual liquid and the rest was whipped cream. I then parked my car and went inside. When I got inside I saw one employee texting on her phone who didn't even notice me until I said something. I demanded that they remake the drink, and they did.
