The people at this Forest Lake location are super nice! They are always happy and smiling. The wait times aren’t too bad. However, there’s been several times when they didn’t make my beverage correctly. I always get a crafted press and 3 times now it’s been missing the flavor or the salt/sugar mixture.

Always a 5 star experience at every store I have visited. This new store has excellent customer service and I love that I can grab my favorite coffee (Starbucks doesn't make it) on my way over to the freeway. They also have a better points program, imo. I do ask for light or no foam on my latte since they do go pretty heavy on foam.

I have gotten coffee here a couple times but am now driving out of the way to get it. The last order I placed 10 minutes before my arrival, I arrived in 8 minutes and the app said it would be ready 5 minutes. I knocked on the window and the drink was not ready but 3 cars that were just ordering while I sat there got there orders and pulled away. When it was finally ready it was barely luke warm...so very disappointed on the service thus far!

Awesome visit. It was my husband's birthday and the barista made sure he was totally satisfied with his free drink! Even checked a syrup label without us asking! Keep it up!

This was my 3rd time here. Every time I've asked for light ice. I have even stressed it the 3rd time that "I've asked for light ice and I dont get it,"please light ice!" Everytime the ice was filled to the top of cup! I said " this is not light ice" and the girl didn't say one thing, not I'm sorry...nothing! That was the last time I drive out of my way to support this VERY off the beaten path drive thru coffee shop. I don't think people want to pay over 6 bucks for a cup of ice!!

This is by far the slowest Caribou I have ever been to. Last week we waited in the drive through for almost 15 minutes and left without ordering. Today tried to use the walk up window, we ordered and 10 minutes later we were still waiting, I grew tired of waiting and had my money refunded. Something needs to change all they are doing is making coffee drinks, not sure how they can be so slow.

This Caribou location delivered and continues to deliver the ideal experience. The walk-up/drive-thru cabin style is cute and the coffee is always top notch and consistent. The baristas are personable, always waving hi to our child in the backseat when he waves at them. They deliver great efficient service.

Very rude I have drank caribou daily for over 15 years and now all of a sudden they want to change how it's rang in. Wont be going back there again. They are also discriminating agents one of their employees and it's said she use to work full time and now maybe 4 hours so sad to see this happen

Terrible coffee served by a rude Her /She complete with rainbow button. Before you push your political views ! Make sure you know how to make and pour a cup of coffee !
