Gordy's Hi-Hat

Great local place to stop for a burger. Any kind of burger you would like they will have and the prices are very reasonable. Fries are good and there are plenty, the family share size is huge! They also have fish and chicken sandwiches. It can be very busy with long lines on Friday nights with the cabin traffic through Cloquet. If you are in town you should stop by.

Update: Continues to be a great place to go post pandemic restrictions.

Food is amazing and establishment is still that old school burger join look and its very nicely kept. Food is great from burgers, to fried shrimp and fish.

I was even more impressed by the outdoor eating area! There's a play ground for kids and my favorite part was the large off leash dog park with tables to eat at inside of it. My dogs ran and played while we enjoyed our food! Such an awesome idea and place!

This restaurant has such good darn food. The staff is efficient, restaurant clean, and has old school ordering with paper and pencil. Lines be be long, but there is a good reason for that this restaurant is worth the wait. All the food especially the hamburgers are so good. Huge portions of food if you leave hungry, it’s your own fault. A must eat at restaurant. Won’t be disappointed.

We stopped at Gordy's today. From the looks of the situation it was going to take to much time to get food and get back on the road. Not so. Gordy's has this figured out. They have a bunch of friendly folks working the lot. After a few short minutes we were directed to a car hop spot. Immediately we were approached and asked for our order. The wait was not bad, and the food arrived hot and delicious! I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and my wife had a cheeseburger. It was recommended that we try the homemade onion rings. The sandwiches were excellent and the rings were the best we ever had! If you find yourself driving through Cloquet Minnesota you better stop at Gordy's!

The bacon burger was great and the service was great. I really liked the place and will be back when in the area.

Love the blackberry shake! Made with fresh blackberries. You can't go wrong with anything here. The food is great and the shakes are amazing. The fish plate is really good best tarter sauce.

My seasonal favorite hamburger place.

The carhop service is super fast and efficient. My order to no more than 10 minutes and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Always a great experience
