Herman's Bakery

We LOVE Herman’s little shortbread cookies that are decorated! We get them a few times a year and they NEVER disappoint. Also, the chocolate dipped croissants are to die for.

A very homey small town feeling bakery with fresh pastries that I imagine are made daily. I've tried 5 things so far, 4 of them were fresh but nothing to write home about. But the almond bear claw that they only make 3 days out of the weak, just Mmm, it was fluffy and delicious if you love sugary sweet things highly recommended!

Nice small town bakery. Standard donuts, cinnamon rolls, fun Christmas cookies, and a selection of breads. They also have sandwiches and salads to eat in or to go. Unexpected: a small selection if local crafts and gifts.

Very kind, warm hearted employees! Very happy with my son's birthday cake. Purchased different baked goods they had in the display cases. Awesome job!

Have always loved their bread and their donuts but recently went there for a cake for what would have been our daughter's birthday and it turned out beautiful. And delicious. Thank u so much. You're a wonderful place. We are very grateful

My family and I have been getting Herman’s Bakery for years and they never disappoint! I recently got married and we used Herman’s for our wedding cake. The cake was BEAUTIFUL and it was DELICIOUS! Everyone complimented on how good the cake was. We will definitely be using Herman’s bakery for more events in the future!

Stopped in to get a quick "to go" lunch ... was my first time in there. All the pastries, cakes, cookies and other sweets looked AMAZING! They even already had some Christmas cookies out. I got a ham and cheddar sandwich on marble rye and the broccoli raisin salad. The sandwich was good but I forget to grab mayo or mustard so it was a bit dry...though the flavor was good. The salad was absolutely fantastic! So fresh that the dressing didn't even make the broccoli wimpy yet. There is a sit down area to order eat in foods. I was there at 1:40pm and it was empty, I'll assume that it's very busy during breakfast and regular lunch time. Parking on Main St is a pain, but there's no place to put a lot that's near. Will definitely go back again and next time will purchase more than just sandwich and salad ☺

I was extremely impressed with the unicorn smash cake that was made for us. I purchased the unicorn topper off of Amazon and brought it to them. The cake tasted great, and was absolutely adorable!

They have the best bakery good in Minnesota and if you need something they will help you get it on time.
