My new favorite breakfast spot! The croissant was so so good. The person making my sandwich was flying!! They made it so perfect and so quickly! The staff is always so friendly. I've also gotten many delicious coffee and tea drinks there as well as my favorite avocado toast with sprouts! I really appreciate the fact that they use sustainable products like paper boxes and compostable straws. So nice to see. You're killing it Coffee District!

Good coffee and a good overall atmosphere. Used to be a Dunn Bros but got a new owner. They seem to be doing a good job, and I can't find any huge changes for the worse or better. I got a caramel frappe the first time I went to the newly remodeled building, and it was good, the vanilla bean was a nice touch.

The lady who handed me the coffee was the owner of the place, very friendly. I was the fourth person in line and was there for maybe three minutes total, which is very impressive! I took off a star in the food category because the drink was too sweet, more in it for the coffee. But what I could taste of the coffee was dark and nutty/chocolaty 10/10 for the beans. Just order your drink with a specific amount of syrup and you'll be good to go! (I'd suggest 1.5 "pumps" for a large us you want to taste the flavor of syrup and coffee.

Honey marshmallow latte was really good and also enjoyed a breakfast sandwich. Friendly staff, vibes & music on point. Definitely check this place out!

All of the baristas, rock! They are super friendly and always ready to help. I always feel welcome. Coffee is good too!

We ordered coffees, lavender lemonade, BBQ chicken grilled cheese and a breakfast bagel, and a monster cookie. It was all so delicious! Very impressed. Sat outside to enjoy the lake view and that was lovely as well. Nice to have a great coffee spot!

New owner, local business. My hot coffee w cream was full bodied, flavorful. Served with an extra cup as a sleeve. Blueberry muffin had a crumb texture with lots of berries. Looking forward to trying lunch menu.

Love this place. My favorite drink is the cardamom meil but ask for spice to be added to milk prior to steaming.

i was so excited to spend my last $15 on this place. i’ve had it before and it was soo good! when i went again. they burnt me and my friends coffee soooo bad! we were so upset. Now we are broke and have very burnt coffee…
