Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co.

I've been super curious about this place since the sign went up, but I usually make my coffee at home. The only time I ever purchase a coffee out is if I'm traveling for work, and I'm generally always disappointed.

My floors are getting refinished today, so I couldn't get to my espresso machine - so the perfect excuse to pop into Qamaria.

I had my first sip of my latte this morning and started laughing. Then thought about crying. It was literally that good. Cardamom is delicious, everyone should be eating more of it, but when perfectly balanced with cinnamon and a lovingly roasted espresso? Magic in my mouth.

Stop by and say hi to Omar if you truly want an exceptional cup. You'll be better off with less corporate garbage coffee in your life.

What a welcoming atmosphere! The barista was kind & quick. They have great quality items! The caramel macchiato I got was so delicious and frothy! I paired it with baklava and had made a quick yummy breakfast to go :)

They are immaculate, tastes the same every time, rather its the owner making it or his employees, great coffee & pastries hands down, this is a hidden gem in our area, and I’m so glade they chose the city of troy!!

Not the type of person who usually leaves reviews but I had an amazing experience stopping in here for the first time. I didn’t catch her name, but I had great recommendations by the girl working there and everything was delicious. This place seems really neat and not your typical run of the mill coffee joint. I will for sure be making this place part of my routine.

This was my first true introduction to Yemeni coffee and I'm hooked. The staff was willing to talk about the coffee and the process that's unique to their culture vs American coffee. The Mufawaar with the Honeycomb pastry was delicious. Excited for a new independent coffee shop to be on my route to work!

I've been eyeing this place since the sign went up, so I had to stop in when I saw it was now open. Based on my preferences, the staff member I spoke with recommended I try the Qamaria Latte, so I got one, and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the flavor of the spices (cardamom and cinnamon) in it. I'll definitely be back to try more.

Amazing coffee (and tea)! Omar and his staff make wonderful drinks that originate from Yemen. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new twist from your standard drinks.
