We are so happy we discovered this coffee while visiting relatives in the Traverse City area! Top 3 reasons:
1. This coffee is delicious. Perfectly ground and roasted.
2. The customer service is amazing!
3. Their mail order shopping is efficient, shipping is affordably priced, and the selection is wonderful.

Well, first the good... a family member who was visiting had the Truck Stop mild roast and LOVED it. And they know their coffee. Now for the bad. We drove all the way to the Roasterjack Coffee Co building on Friday when they were supposed to be open for coffee tasting and they were CLOSED even though there were cars in the parking lot. I thought my family member was going to cry! We ended up tracking more down at Oryana for them to take back, but they shouldn't say they are open for coffee tasting and not be. This could have been 5 stars. :-(

First had Jack's coffee with my fiancé at Trattoria Stella in Traverse Commons and it made such an impression on us that we decided to check out his store south of town. Jack himself greeted us and taught us about his coffee, made a great recommendation. Will definitely buy again!

Got their medium roast and even after using twice the amount of beans as normal, it had no taste. Worst coffee experience in my life
