Coffee was decent but the service was terrible. The barista was incredibly rude and did not seem like she wanted to serve us at all. She stopped making our order to make a coffee for a "regular". This is the whole reason for the 2 star review. Would not recommend, way better coffee places in the area.

The coffee is decent but the people behind the counter have been very unfriendly the past three times I went in. My order is a quad shot of espresso (yes I know that's a lot, but it's literally a menu item written on the wall behind them). After asking for that, the response is usually either a "wow" under their breath, followed by a hesitant making of the coffee, or complete silence, followed by them placing the cup on the counter and immediately turning away. I say "thank you, have a good day!" No response. Another customer walks in dressed well and is greeted with smiles and small talk. Unfortunately I will be switching coffee places :/

I got the Cafe Latte and it was great! It tasted very smooth and the customer service was good.

Ordered a white chocolate raspberry and it was delicious! Ordered during COVID. All employees wore masks, floor was marked and there was outdoor seating available. Very cute coffee spot.

This was one of the most delightful coffee shops I have been to. The staff are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The coffee and chai are delicious. I have also had their mocha and loved it as well. This is located in the lower level of an office building located on the highway around Traverse Bay and looks out on the West Bay. They have a vast number of offerings so anyone should be able to get exactly what they want. The also have free wi-fi and an interesting seating layout. Overall, a super nice and friendly place to go that we think far exceeds Starbucks. We will definitely visit here again whenever we're in Traverse City.

Great staff, fast WiFi, cold drinks; the perfect environment.
I've been here four times now in the past few weeks, escaping the house I'm staying at in exchange for caffeine and fast internet. The coffee shop is quiet, the music is at a great level, the baristas are nice and respectful, and the entire place is very clean. Taking calls outside the shop and walking around the building is pretty, too. There are picnic tables on the opposite corner of the building, perfect for enjoying some of this summer sun on.
I'll come back here when I'm back in town! It's easily the best coffee shop in town because it's not crowded. Maybe I shouldn't have told the world that...

I love coffee and this is by far my favorite coffee in traverse city. The location is a little far but it’s totally worth it. Plus the view from the location is very nice. The inside of the shop is really clean and comfortable.

I try to come here at least once every time I visit Traverse City. I love the espresso drinks, and the food is really good too. Highly recommend the flavored lattes.
