First time here. We asked the cashier how it worked, do we sit down? Does a waiter come by? Etc... She did not understand the question and was rude. Communication was difficult with her and she was getting irritated with our questions because there was a line. I understand being in a hurry and wanting to
keep your customers happy but you also want to keep future loyal customers happy. Also they could use a better selection of gluten free and vegan foods. And a more knowledgeable cashier who is more willing to be helpful. The coffee and the chicken salad was very good.

Good coffee but everyone seems to know it! We had a long wait for coffee and sandwiches. All were worth the wait though.

I regret not taking any pictures but we had a nice visit at Cafe Julia. The standard turkey sandwich was good and so was my latte with oatmilk. They have vegan options for those looking for this and are an easy walk from pretty much anywhere in town. If I go again I'll have to post pics.

Excellent coffee shop with delicious pastries, all with a great vibe!

Thsi place was fantastic in terms of good food and drink, quick service and the staff were super polite. For the price though, it is kinda expensive for someone like me who is working class. A drink from the café plus a sandwich ran me close to $20. Really good, but I can’t afford that. If money isn’t an issue for you, I’d say go for it. Bonus is there are 2 pokestops in the cafe if you play Pokemon Go.

Delicious blueberry croissant! Very moist and not dry at all. Girl making coffee was upbeat and gave great service. I was in line right behind a lady who was kind of uppity for lack of a better term who had also double parked out front and she was offering all kinds of "helpful" suggestions about ways to improve their menu, what types of milk they "could" be using and so on. I watched how well the girl working the cafe handled this customer and how polite she was, really good people skills.

Really good food all around but I mainly come here for the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Order online to skip the masses of tourists on weekends. Especially in the morning to early afternoons.

Cafe Julia is a great place to go and get a good sandwich. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is fresh. I had the chicken salad sandwich with the tomato tortellini soup. The soup was incredible. I really enjoyed the sandwich too. I was part of a group that reserved an upper room for a business meeting. It was a great place to meet.

Ordered the breakfast burrito and bagel. Wow! Sooo GOOD! Lots of other sweets to choose from, all look delicious! Staff working their butts off and super friendly. Highly recommended.

I so wish that the counter staff would realize that when people are walking through the door, they are supporting the business, and them by extension, allowing them a job. So...a very simple "thank you" at the end of serving the customers would go a LONG way in my book. I am sitting here now and am in awe of how the customer in front of me said thank you (at least) 3 times during her interaction with the young lady waiting on her. Not once did the barista return the sentiment or thank her at the end of the transaction. Perhaps I am just old fashion, or kids are no longer being raised with manners. Either way, with the prices being as high as they are here, and always having to ask to have a table cleaned off--more frequently, I take paper towels from the bathroom and clean my own table due to the inconvenience I seem to incur when asking an employee to do so--I tend to find another coffee spot or even a town to treat myself. I just wish some of Chad's kindness and customer service could rub off onto his employees.
