Call PD expresses like espresso the iced coffee taste really good everything I get there is usually really good so I keep going back

The Caramel Mellow is my absolute favorite! Coffee here is very expensive, so I only treat myself every so often.

Its a solid drive through chain coffee spot, would love to see them carry white coffe grounds as well

I've been here for nearly 5 hours working and I must say the atmosphere is amazing and friendly. The employees work hard, and I notice that. Leaving a thank you note <3

Tonight I was in the Schoolcraft Biggby parking lot and witnessed a man storm out of the restaurant and approach a Pizza Hut delivery boy. I am not aware of the entire situation, but it seemed to me that the Biggby gentlemen, possibly a manager, was harassing the Pizza Hut employee and yelling at him. I overheard the delivery guy say calmly, "I was told to park here. You can discuss this with my manager." However, the Biggby gentlemen completely ignored him and continued yelling. He then followed the driver right up to his car and threatened to tow it! I felt like this man was bullying the young boy and acting ridiculous. I was appalled at the way he treated the delivery boy! I am a frequent Biggby customer, but I am not sure I will ever go to the Schoolcraft location again because of what I saw tonight.

The girls working there were great coffee was made perfect it was one of the fastest biggby coffee i have been to.

My favorite coffee place because staff knows my order and coffee is better than any where else!!

Great place to grab coffee in Schoolcraft. Ideal for hanging out and having a conversation over coffee or just grabbing one to go. Friendly and helpful staff.

Loved the customer service and the Baristas knowledge of their product makes it much easier to decide where I want to get coffee from.
