My kids truly appreciate that they will make the hot cocoa "kids temp". It's our favorite treat before a challenging day

Got my order completely wrong.

I walked in and was not greeted and stood at the counter for several minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

This biggby has goofed my drink a couple times, but they ALWAYS fix it without questions and the end result is delicious. I love that they consistently have bogo coupons so I can actually afford to have their coffee!

Show up at 930 am. Supposed to open at 6 am. No one there. No sign on the door or anything to explain why.

Staff is friendly & drinks are usually great. People make mistakes and
If they make something improperly they always apologize and never have an issue/attitude when it comes fixing their flaws!

Always late on the drive thru.

The girl at register was super nice and it only took a minute or two before I had my order and it was done to perfection.

Biggby ALWAYS gives great service: warm, prompt and personal! The coffee here is first-rate! The fact that it's a Michigan- based company is a real bonus.

You will live and die in the line. So slow and when you do get your coffee or food its usually burnt tasting. I have been waiting in linw for at least 15 mins and havent even made it to the window yet. There were 4 cars in front of me.
