pulled up in the drive through with 2 vehicles in front of me about 15 minutes ago. still waiting. so this review is solely based on how slow they are. i don't even know how my latte tastes yet. don't stop here if you're in a hurry.

Walked into an empty store with 1 car at the drive thru. There were 2 employees working and i stood at the front counter for 10 minutes without being greeted as staff chatted by the drive thru window. When staff did acknowledge me he just walked up and looked at me without a word.

Coffee is really good but the young man that was making our coffee and handed them to us through the drive-through window was also doing the trash at the same time. He didn’t have any gloves on and didn’t wash his hands in between transitioning from our coffees to the trash and back. Pretty gross.

This place has great food and coffee. But in terms of atmosphere, not the best. Every time I try to go there to work the place is noisy. It is probably not that it is truly noisy ... but with the high ceilings and no sound absorption ... you can hear everything. It is always hard for me to think in there and I always end up leaving after 15 minutes.

First of all, I ❤️ Biggby. My wife ❤️ Biggby Coffee. I don't drink coffee but they have the best non-coffee drinks. With that said, this was my worst experience at a Biggby ever. It was so far below standard. The Lady running the show was sick/coughing alot. She was complaining about a previous customer to her fellow employees and to her customers. As I was leaving she told one of the employees that she would help the next customer because he is always angry and difficult. Even if that's true I should not have been told that. The young Lady working the drive thru kept talking about non work stuff but would forget the customers at the drive thru window. There was a young guy there also, he seemed new because he needed help, was slow, and was asking questions about nearly everything he tried to do. I just can't imagine going back to this store next time I'm in the Ann Arbor/Saline area. It is/was awful. FYI, this was Jan 11th in the morning, not busy inside.

Friendly staff, slow service. At least in the drive through. Tim Hortons down the road moves much quicker. But they get my order right everytime, the first time, so I cannot complain!

Great coupons come in the mail and the product is great! My fiance loves stopping by. Would recomend. Staff have always been nice as well. Store seems kept up and is always clean when we stop by.

This Bigby is great! One of the best features of this particular store is the fireplace. It is warm and cozy! The staff are friendly, and if you go at the right time you could score the very comfortable chairs in front of the fireplace. Will definitely go back

Really bizarre vibe from the employees when I went on a Saturday morning. No greeting when I entered and multiple employees standing there arms folded refusing to look at me. This was a few weeks ago.

I was at this location on May 24th 2016 at around 11:00 am . There was at least 4 to 5 people working. I asked a question and a snapped his fingers at me to show what he was talking about. Didn't get asked how I wanted my teddy bear. Called 4 times NO one answered. Lost a customer!
